Morning Paul, yet again the mute button had to be used ! The two locomotives seemed to perform admirably through County Wickford and look excellent. I may change my mind a purchase one ! I am not so sure the location of the decoder is the best though as I a sure you will have turned the air blue. How do you rate them ? A compulsory pint of Merry Berry Perry to the small boat people is an excellent idea, it would stop the boats quicker than the Reform Party !
Greetings Somersex 🍎 and hello Mark 👋 The Sonics are a great piece of kit 👍 for a kettle 🤭 They perform perfectly straight from the box👌 unlike some RevolutioNs 🙄 The old 6 pin right angle chip is a poor choice though 🤕 a next 18 would have made it less visible in the cab 👀 and having to disconnect those pieces wire to access it 🤬 Apart from that 🙄 I would highly recommend one 👍 I believe The Met 👮♂️🚨 are testing Merry Berry Perry in their water cannons 🤔 unfortunately it seems to dissolve the pipes 😱 Many thanks for watching and very best wishes gor health and happiness to all Piddle Folk 💃from the other Ireland ☘️
Nice to see the Sonic Prairie this morning and it looked very much at home. Im pleased with mine, although fitting the chip is a pain with the front end supports. Thanks goodness for a magnifier headset. How have you found its pulling power. Mine is fine over the flat, but a bit light footed on the incline. Apparently the spring in the front bogie is a bit stiff and it lifts the front driving wheels. I will have to see if mine gets better as the spring beds in. Stephen

@Wickford_N_Gauge I believe that Annie's cafe used to add a leftover stale yorkshire pudding mix to make the knock-off custard go further. But I was unaware of the Kangaroo bits being added. No wonder they got shut down. It's always better to get your supplies directly from the Dylington Custard Company 🍮 😋 😀 👍

Hi Paul, it was great to see the Large Prairie running round, my one turned up this week and it’ll be a while before she’s up and running. Can I ask you what chip you used, is it the Bachmann one? Evening Paul - late one today as it was an early start to get to Perth for their annual exhibition. I see you have upset the national treasure with today's music choice 😂. Think you probably do it just to wind him up😅. Couple of nice looking locos trundling around the layout but I see from the comments the fitting of the decoder is a bit of a faff 😢. Don't have that problem on good ol DC😅
