No Shubam it is first O antibodies and then H antibodies. But H antigens are more immunogenic hence will produce more antibody response compared to O antigen.

You preserve the last one ml of the diluted serum. Next day if you are seeing the agglutination till 1:640 then you run the test by continuing to 1:5120. This is called extended Widal. Only for academic interest. It is a commonly asked viva question.
S.typhi 'O' : 1 :160 dilution. S typhi 'H' : 1: 160 dilution. S. Para typhi 'AH' : No agglutination. S.para typhi 'BH' : No agglutination.... Means what ... Then you need to be evaluated for Fever... History, Clinical findings and various lab testing reports need to be correlated. Better you consult a good physician.
Dick test, method of determining susceptibility to scarlet fever. We inject streptococcal extract into the skin. If there is a local reaction at the site of infection then the person is susceptible to scarlet fever. If no reaction is seen then the person is immune to Streptococcal infection. Now a days we don't do Dick test.
