yesssss..... I love that right off the bat you were like nope..... that's a full set....waaaay too often everyone thinks it's ok for infill and wayyyy too often they need a fresh set !!!
I was thinking of your almond shaped nails at the end result! Lol I have a student that has huge hands and wide nails. This weekend, I will do her nails in almond shaped, french tipped press on nails. She's only in 5th grade. I'm using dual forms to do mine in clear!
These are very beautiful 😻. I have wide nail beds and hate when I get my nails done. Not since I lived in NJ (over 25 years) have I had a nail technician to make my nails beautiful. It gets so frustrating that I rarely get them done. I wish I could find a technician like you. Get job!
Beautiful work Anastasia, nails really transform hands don’t they? Her nails no longer look wide, this shape is perfect for your client her hands look so beautiful, I like the colour of this sparkling✨gel very beautiful👍🏽🥰🥰🥰
I just can’t work polygel with those long brushes those are really good for gel it helps with the flow of the gel. I find the polygel needs a shorter and stiff brush to be able to mold the nail easier. Anyway they look beautiful.👌
Beautiful work! I just did a client with wider nail plates like this, however, she is a piano player, so I can not put length on them, but I filed them inward a bit so they wouldn't look so wide. Any other suggestions?
I'm a self taught nail person but I do my friends nails and she has quite wide nail beds so I all ways make sure to use a drill on her icicles and carefully cut them that makes them look longer also with piano she might have a different preference but I used to for a few months bc in still in school and we were learning it but at that time I had really short apres nails on no longer than the finger and I did the same for my friend it made her nail beds look a lot thinner and longer also try a darker colour bc they absorb the light and make things look smaller where as lighter colours make things look bigger
I love watching you work! I have partially wide nails (my thumbs and index nails, the others have a nice C curve) and I HAVE A TRICK for ppl at home. If you have gel or regular polish you can pre-pinch your nails after washing your hands or shower (while nails are soft) roll your nails between you thumb and index fingers until it starts holding it's shape (it can take a few minutes of fidgeting) then set it with nail polish or gel.. Mine keep that C curve with two or 3 coats!
I have wide nails and cannot wear square nails because they make them look wider. I prefer ballerina or almondetto. I had commented before I even began watching but as it is I had a great Teacher and knew exactly what you were going to say about wide nails and short square shape.
Is it possible that the lifted area can go moulded? Like, when that happens within the first few days because of some application mistakes? You wash your hands daily a fear times and you're never able to dry the liftet area. I'm just wondering. It's a gross imagination.
The most common problem that can happen when there's lifting is pseudomonas bacteria, which will look green and/or brown if you take the product off, those green/brown spots are actually the poop of the bacteria and it's highly contagious,so everything that touched the nail, that can be thrown away, should be thrown away and things like metal tools should be sterilized. Pseodomonas thrives in warm and moist spots, that's why lifting of product is a great place for the bacteria to grow.
Some more great tips. Thankyou💗. The way you fit the forms contributes to a more slender nail also. I thought you would have included this technique also, but your previous tutorials show this.🌹🌹🌹
Lol... GOODBYE LIFTING, WE DON'T REALLY NEED YOU IN OUR LIFE! LMAO 😂 Anastasia you crack me up... You're funny ☺️. Like always your work is amazing and so neat to watch.
Now I disagree with doing this. I have wide nail beds and when a nail tech does this to my nails, they look weird. My finger nails look pinched, my fingers appear larger than the really are and all of the sawing back and forth on the sides of my nails makes them prone to breakage. I’m not a hater of this method, it’s just not suited for everyone who have wide nails, imo.
Over the last couple months I have watched many nail videos on youtube & I wanted to thank you for how well yours are done. You are very good at what you do & it is so pleasurable to watch you work. This is also because you're always in focus, nice & close up & are good at explaining why you are doing what you are doing. Thank you so much for your hard work!
9:33- i was having dejavú 😵😴. That song sounds like the wayv song See the v . But also thanks for the advice, i have some wide nails too, so now ik how to shape them 💅🏾😉
Beautiful transformation! I can't wait to be able to afford to invest in some of that powergel it looks so beautiful and easy to work with.. I've just invested in some more acrylic training in June though, so the nail piggy bank is empty at the moment 😢.. Another great tutorial Anastasia, I just love watching you work, makes me want to sit at my nail desk and practice, I'm determined to achieve that Russian almond shape myself one day! Lol.. Tfs 😍😍💕💕xxx
I would love to see how you do an infill on wider nailbeds! I have a client who has sort of duck-like nails, narrow from the cuticle and they get pretty wide toward the smile line.
I know JUST what you mean about duck nails!! The worst look for those is square with french manicure, I work with a woman who has those nails and ugh!!!
@@danahubbuck3070 yes everyone I feel doesn't have all thin nails or all wide ... so I learned myself ! So they have to gamble with the shapes they create.
Hi anastasia x these are gorgeous 😍. Can you please advise if you can add glitter to a plain polygel or gel? 🤔 Will it affect the strength or adhesion at all?? 🤔 Thank you again for your fabulous videos and hard work. 😘
Oh man, I have wide nails and I never had my nails done and I would definitely trust you to be my first nail tech ever who could make my nails look more feminine 😭
Ok but like... What if a client comes in, wanting a refill but the last nail tech used a milky hard/soft gel/polygel/acrylic? Are you still able to tell if there's any lifting? I'm asking because it's basically the same color and I'm really curious and well since I'm kind of a beginner, it'd be nice to know some extra tips.
Perfect transformation as usual. Yes pointy almond or coffin on wide nails. Mine are wide and I love long stiletto they make my fat wide fingers look so much better. 💜💜💜
I absolutely love watching your videos! I have learned so much, I have wide nails like that, also thank you so muck for explaining the bands on the efile.
Gorgeous set👌🤩. I use odorless monomer for my polygel. By far my favorite product to use👌. It makes your brush last for years and you don't need as much 😊
I love so much better than the previous set. I have a very wide nail bed recently had contact dermatitis from allergies to dogs, which destroyed my nails . i'm going to try doing this along with a tiktok hack to extend my nail bed. i just want something to work i can't seem to get anything to stick to my nails you're so soft and they peel all the time. i hope one day you can do a video on repairing peeling nails. thank you for your knowledge and your videos they're very informative.
OMG it was so satisfying watching the lifted bits fly off!!! 😍 This tutorial applies to me-I have wide nail beds and mainly have ballerina or stiletto. 😩
I don't think those are available, but I can recommend you some great forms available in the US: Harmony (blue ones), NSI Platinum forms, Tones (black forms)
