That’s the way sociopaths operate. They have no compassion and no empathy. Holmes felt nothing when this man died, she just wanted her laptop back. A scientist of his caliber should have been able to find a job anywhere . Even at his age he would have had no problem getting a job. I’ve worked in more than my fair share of toxic workplaces and after being abused for a period of time depression sets in and with it comes an inability to make the moves necessary to get out of that toxic situation because you feel stuck and your energy is depleted That poor man and eff Elizabeth Holmes and Balwani. Holmes is a straight up pos & I hope she rots in prison.

As portrayed in Hulu's "The Dropout," one of Dr. Gibbon's biggest stressors when contemplating either lying under oath or telling the truth and being fired by Holmes in a patent lawsuit was the fact that he needed health insurance because he had cancer. This fine man suffered so much at the hands of this sociopath.

She's a first-time offender of a white collar crime. And a new mother (which the judge *will* take into consideration). Given the likelihood that any sentencing will run concurrently ... and that she'll cooperate w/ the government Vs. Sunny (in exchange for leniency), it'll be a miracle if she does even ten years. Fraudulent, lying, murdersome, sociopath. She'll get out just in time to helm a new start-up.

We can deduct that it is proven (by employees testimonies) that Elizabeth Holmes was tyrannical towards employees and others --than that same abuse excuse can be applied to Ian Gibbons. Ms. Gibbons, I am sorry that you and your wonderful husband (may he rest in peace), had to deal with these despicable people. I hope they lock her and Sonny up and throw away the key. I only wish they could lock up those horrendous lawyers that threatened and intimidated your husband as well. Unfortunately, this punishment is nothing even close to what Holmes and her co-conspirators deserve. This whole thing makes me lose whatever faith I had in this country. To see former heads of state involved in this, even involved in the cover up, sickens me on all levels. Loss of respect for these individuals is only the tip of the iceberg, as to what I feel for them. This country thrives on corporate greed and stepping on anyone that gets in their way. May you feel comfort in knowing that your husband is greatly respected by millions and did not die in vain. May God bless you and know you were blessed for having Ian in your life for the time you did. Thank you for your part in taking these demons down. You will always be in my thoughts and prayers. Be strong.

This Widow is living in a fantasy world if she thinks Elizabeth Holmes is suffering. Elizabeth Holmes is laughing and walking free! There is no justice here at all.
@PungiFungi
@PungiFungi 2 года назад
You are right that Elizabeth Holmes do not care. She may be walking free for now but as a convicted person she is now forced to remain in San Francisco and will have to periodically and routinely deal with the courts. Holmes is just good at delaying the inevitable. She believe she would be found innocent and delayed the trial with every trick she knew but she has been convicted. So the same thing is happening now. I know she will appeal until the end of time but she has been indicted on 4 FEDERAL charges after a lengthy trial. NOBODY walks away from that scot free. Not Jeff Skilling, not John Gotti, not Leona Helmsley. Jail time is practically guaranteed. Just like her conviction, it will come sooner or later. Another silver lining is that this is probably costing both the Holmes and Evans family a lot of money to keep her out of jail albeit temporarily. I hope for them it is worth it.
