Baby Bo of Costa Mesa rallies to win the 22nd annual Wienerschnitzel Wiener Nationals at Los Alamitos Race Course. Baby Bo won the race in impressive fashion, covering the distance is just over 7 seconds. He had previously won his trial in about 5.8 second, which might be the fastest time ever in the Wiener Nationals. Paid attendance was 8,705 and overall attendance was well over 10,000 (including the children that enjoy free admission to the event). The Wienerschnitzel Wiener Nationals raises money for the Seal Beach Animal Care Center. In other highlights, Slinky edged Milo by a tiny nose to finish in second place. Defending champion Darcy, from the #5 post, bumped with #4 Jack and came off her racing outfit. What a race!
