This company is not easy to work with, use a virtual credit card with them for when you're done with them to make sure they don't keep hitting your account. Customer service isn't good and do your own research on them before entering into business with them.
I’m sorry that you had this issue with Nomad. We have made a lot of changes for the good and our customers are very pleased with our service and customer service. We would love to have the opportunity to win you back as a customer.
I would love one of these but I'm retired and simply can't afford it I have wifi where I live but there is so much buffering and pixelation that often you just listen instead of watch. And I'm in Portland Oregon. You would think it would be better.

Just bought one, I'll tell you by next friday. I'm going to test cloud gaming. If you know about gaming, cloud gaming takes a lot of internet, so I'll stress test it and update you ❤😅
