I mean... I've never seen someone change so much through the years, here he looks nothing like he did in Stand by Me, and in the Big Bang Theory he looks nothing like he does in this video... I guess ageing hits everyone differently.
2:30 - Wil actually said he regretted leaving during season four of TNG. The producers actually wanted him to stay, he was never fired, his own decision, which he regretted pretty quickly after leaving.
Wil's final episode as a regular cast member (that they show a clip from) aired in November 1990, so I'm guessing this was late 1990 or early 1991. (Hi, just seeing this video over a decade after you asked this)
