Servus my Motorbikefriends, another happy Wilbers rider! Today we are installing a Wilbers LDC suspension set on Bernd`s 2010 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited. As the bike has already high mileage, it is in combination with a fork rebuild.
Let`s turn some wrenches...

Thank you guys for this! I will be installing Wilbers suspension on my 2017 CVO Ultra. You and Robert from "Be the Boss of your Motorcycle" in Pooler Ga, have convinced me that Wilbers is the best upgrade for my bike's suspension. Thank you Stefan for taking the time to do these videos!

Thank you very much for the feedback, you will love the suspension. For the install on a Rushmore Batwing Fairing bike, I recommend my Street Glide install video, showing the specifics of the 49mm fork. Depending on the mileage of your Limited, you should do a fork rebuild with new seals and bushings.

I will definitely check out your video on the Street Guide! I really appreciate you taking the time to show us these thing! Right now I am watching you replace the suspension on Robert's Harley, Valiant. Thank you Sir and be safe out there Captain!!! By the way, AWESOME video with Robert in Pooler. You made me laugh when you made the phone call to have 2 more Wilbers sets delivered so you wouldn't have to train on non Wilbers Harleys! LOL!!!

Hi Stefan! I just found your videos and your content is fantastic! I have a 2020 CVO Street Glide and the ride is very stiff especially the back suspension. I feel every bump right through my spine. Will the Wilbur's Shocks improve the ride in that regard (reducing the stiffness) or, are they more of a performance upgrade? Your advice is greatly appreciated! Tia.

Hi Tia, the ride will be improved significantly. You will get more comfortable rear shocks with 13 instead of 11.5 in length. The Wilbers Nivomat is a comfort oriented aftermarket suspension, you get much more comfort in combination with more precision.

Not sure I would even be able to afford it.. but was wondering with Vrod's being pretty big in Europe, is there a front and rear kit available for 2002 VRSCA? I see them sold individually front or rear but not as kits... Great videos!

@@harleyss475 on a Special You will get a tremendous improvement (like Matt and Danny mentioned in the podcast). Check out my „free upgrade“ video, improves the foot position of your passenger, while waiting for your Wilbers.

Stefan thank you for the video. Although I do understand the primary engineering of these shocks are towards self leveling, which I like - Im more curious about the ride - how they absorb/dampen the roads/bumps/potholes. How do they feel in turns etc…

In turns the suspension feels like on rails. Blockhead did a ride comparison and you can literally see it on camera. Search for Blockhead Wilbers, Fast and curious as well did a ride review

Sorry Stefan, der Back up Ring, Fork Seal wird genau anders herum mit der nach innen gewölbten Seite ( Konkav ) nach unten eingebaut siehe Werkstatthandbuch, sowie Lage beim Ausbau in diesem Video! LG

Hallo, ich würde gerne in meine 2020er HD Ultra Limited vorne etwas härtere Federn einbauen, da die Gabel schon sehr tief einsinkt. Leider habe ich auf der Hompage von Wilbers nix passendes gefunden. HD Bonn und Köln habe ich zu dem Thema auch vor Wochen angeschrieben, leider meldet sich dort niemand zurück…
