Only have 3 friends throughout my high school years. 2 are humans and the other was my trustworthy PlayStation. WildArms 2nd filled one of my summer holidays. Growing old sucks.
Lyrics - English Translation No matter what time it is You'll never be alone At the moment the pain That I embraced overflows and spills A bundle of gentleness will start running for the eye of the storm Promise me that you will return to here No matter how endlessly far away you go No matter what time it is You'll never be alone Our clasped hands will not separate The bonds of that day in which I believe Strong feelings will continue to search for the same dream Every time the wind changes, every time the parched sky cries If I whistle a song of a sigh that won't reach Piling up his warmth In the feathers the migratory birds dropped Repeating inside my heart That no matter what time it is I'll never be alone Even if I struggle on to the other side of flowing time A journey that has yet to end and This wilderness... No matter what time it is You'll never be alone Our clasped hands will not separate The bonds of that day in which I believe Strong feelings will, even now, for the same dream If I have something I want to protect, I can walk on Even if I am exhausted in the long darkness Even in this planet where the ruined land spreads Hope will still continue to be born As you did on that day
I started studying Japanese and could relate some of the words in the song and in the lyrics. When I start doing that, I started crying. The song is very emotional.
I never knew the opening had a lyrics to it cause i played the english version. one of the best childhood games i've played before. was looking for ost to add to my nostalgia folder and came across this
+Dodi Reza Well i kinda disagree on both points. My fav is split between first and 3rd game. And ff did get to double digits...while wild arms fucked itself with 4 and 5. The battle system was just....ughhh
sufian hadi While I didn't hate battle system for 4 and 5, I can't say I really liked it that much either. Too bad Media Vision is stuck making Shining Force games, I'd love another Wild Arms entry.
@@goukurako eh I didnt like 9. I fucked with 4, 5, and 6 with 5 and 6 being my faves and really want a next gen 6 but I never got to play 13 but I I know I will love it and I actually enjoyed 15 and thought it was gorgeous graphics wise but I like 13 and want to play it bad lightning is cooler than cloud and will most likely become my fave ff character and linear storys and games dont bother me and I a actually enjoy them and alot of the old ffs were cliche and they recycled the crystal plot alot. Kefka, Seymour, Golbez, and X Deth where the coolest FF Villians along with Ultemecia. FF8 is better than 7 imo.
Jettro Zamora Like I said, it's the only game I've ever finished. I just played the other game halfway through, so I still can't get the hype of those other game :/
Honestly, I really wish more poeple knew about this game. I played it so many times as a child. Ended up getting stuck because I couldn't seem to find Quarterly to save my life, but oh my god I loved this game so much and I still replay it every year to this day
@Kenshin1080 yup totally worth it, the game is very great, good story, good characters and great battle system and also to mention the game also has great cd quality music like this song sadly the us version of the opening theme doesnt have lyrics though, its the same song though
The final boss battle with lord blazer, is for some reason so cheesy anime style gud vs evil that the only way to lose is by simply intentionaly messing up
I personally don't think it counts as the actual "Final Boss" but it is technically the "Last" battle in the game. It's more of a "Finale" (Good thing they did not make a credits roll during the battle -_-) xinjbr is right, it is very similar to FF7 Party splits into 3 and takes on 3 different parts of the same Boss Then main hero slaps the "evol" guy onto oblivion with a "Super Defense-Ignoring Logic-Defying Plot Attack" a.k.a "SSJSSGSS Omni Slash" and "SSJSSGSS Impulse"
Look at this point: At least you can actually fail this fight. The last fight with Sephiroth in FFVII is IMPOSSIBLE TO LOSE!!! While you wait for Omnislash to charge, you can just wait for Sephiroth to attack you, and no matter the level you are. Sephiroth leaves you with 1/32 of your max HP, making Cloud counter attack (it is a scripted counter) and killing him, but the funny thing is that any action will kill Sephiroth. If you use steal on him via cheating device, Sephi still dies to it as long it don't miss.
ikr when most of your attacks refill your health, you'll just endlessly fight until you finally do the right thing. But I feel like the final boss fight is only for cinematic effect. The penultimate boss is the true culmination of the party's story (in a real "What The Fuck Did I Just Witness" kind of way)
I mean (among other moments) about the time in which they are in Golgotha Prison and they are kinda supposed to get crucified, and that has biblical meaning... The philosophy of the game in which power is nor good nor evil, it depends on who uses it, and that may be true, but it derives many questions from it... Don't know about translation though, maybe you are right... Still great song though!...
Alex Felipe Flissak Villa ouw i thought u meant the translation cause there are some bad translation in the game like really bad. N yeah this song is what made me play this game again tbh 😆
oh I get it, you speak japanese so you get translation problems, nice!... Don't remember very well when I played it, but I felt that the in-game dialogue translation was not that bad (although of course I can't compare with the original japanese language dialogue because I don't master it), because at least I believe I could understand the plot very well... And I am not completely criticizing the game on that comment I made, I am just saying its plot and some of its facts are very opened to debate... The instrumental part of the song feels very urban to me!...
Alex Felipe Flissak Villa no i don't but the words are just odd. I know the plot too but there are some conversation where the words are just a little weird. Compare to other psx games i played, wild arms 2 is the weirdest so that's how i based my thoughts on
