That looks good enough to eat ! Perhaps using a pie crust shield would have helped keep the edges from getting so dark. thanks for posting this video. When I was a teenager, my mom made blueberry preserves. We used the type of blueberries, you go out into the field and pick. Not a fun thing to do. It is more work than it seems getting those little blueberries off those blueberry bushes. Anyhow she didn't add any sugar, she just cooked down the blueberries till they were nice and thick and jarred it up. It was the best blueberry jam ever. Like blueberry pie in a jar.
