In the final part of this three day wild camping adventure, I make my way from Back Tor in the mist and across to the Lost Lad viewpoint. Then, I progress along the moors to Walker's Clough, across the Derwent Dam and then to much-needed refreshments at Fairholmes.
I continue along the Ladybower Reservoir, along the bridge to Ladybower Inn for a rest before making the final push to the car.

Hi Gavin, Sam here. As my dad said already, was a pleasure to meet you out on the hills (and outside the pub 😂). Looks like you had as good an adventure as we did. I just got back today from an overnighter and have arranged, tonight, another camp this weekend up on Kinder. So the hobby that kinda keeps me sane, is still kinda working.🙂

Yeah in a thousand or ten thousand years little will cange on the moors. We are so insignificant in time! Inside my tent on Black Tor Dartmoor , waiting for daylight to pack up and get back to Torquay. Enjoyed the video.

It’s a great hobby, hiking and wild camping which all links in with the gear, photography and YT videos. The Peaks will always be there waiting for you eh. 😀
