Sue, just to let you know, if you ever fancy it, you can park camper vans on Ayr Beach sea front for £10 per night 😊. In season, there’s a lot to do for the children. Isle of Arran is a short ferry trip away.

I always remind kids to use their words to express their frustration. Sometimes they forget to talk about how they're feeling. In any case , we parents can always relate to those little tirades. Very funny and cute to watch when your my age and retired. Not so cute for the parents living through it, though.

I know. I like it in stores when a kid is having a tantrum and all I have to do is watch. I feel bad for the moms. I usually tell them not to worry, we've all been through this in life. My son was having a fit one day and threw himself on the floor so I just walked over him. Got a lot of dirty looks that day but if you play into it it just makes it worse.

@@sandrabugler9813 Yes, as you say we've all been there. The antics of kids just makes me laugh these days. Maybe Archie needs more support like explaining what will come next. Maybe his transitions are difficult so he needs to be talked through it. Maybe he was tired too. Very cute, well behaved kids, though.

We stayed at Drumhor last September, lovely site and buses into Edinburgh every 10 mins. Our pitch was just across from you 👍😀 brought back lovely memories.

I was at Pentland Hills Regional Park when I was four years old, visiting Edinburgh from Iceland. All I remember is that there were, well, hills and that my mother was in a lousy mood.

You mentioned Casper's chapped lips so I thought I would recommend a wonderful product for chapped lips, chapped noses when you have a cold and chapped hands in the winter. Clinique superbalm moisturizing gloss. It looks pink but goes on clear and literally works over night. I've been using it for years.

Great idea using the App to find places to sleep. In the states we have truck stops, Walmarts or National Parks (when open)that are free. My Mr & I keep the park maps for every place we camp as well as walk around looking at the spots we prefer then keep them in a file as it’s hard to keep them all straight just my memory.

If you have an Aldi near you… they do the same sort of cappuccino but cheaper and my mum and Nan love them …. Maybe worth your try.

And the only reason I say it is coz of the cost think they like half the price or you get 2 x the amount… if you like em. My Nan was against trying them and said she like the Nescafé ones and all this came to mine and didn’t know that it wasn’t the same. I know some people can’t taste the difference, I can with tea makes, but I know the cost of things is going stupid so thought I’d suggest them for you to try if you want… as if you save a few £ on them you have that bit more for other stuff. That’s how i see things xxx take care all and glad you had lots of fun x

@@travellingyoginikas in Oz we can’t access tv channels from overseas if we aren’t in the region. Unless we are lucky enough to have a vpn. And it’s not shown on Netflix, we don’t have a lot of the same overseas show unless we pay for the companies that provide them like Foxtel premium.
