A bloke (or blokes) goes into a wood, parks up, puts up tent, cuts wood, makes fire, makes snack and/or gorgeous dinner, has a brew (tea) has a few brews (beer), a hot chocolate, says goodnight, wakes and says goodmorning, makes fire, cooks up uber tasty breakfast and says see you again soon. And rinse. And repeat. 😅😊 It's a formula we love, Andy!

I enjoy the both of you just having fun and enjoying yourselves while sitting around the camp fire, eating your meals. It's so entertaining but also calming to watch because you also hear the sound of the fire wood crackling in the background.

I love your videos . I suffer with depression many of times I have tried to end my life but thanks to you I have been hikeing and wild camping and I feel great thank you so much . I would love to go camping with you it would be a dream come true I will keep on dreaming

Always nice to see you and Simon together. It looked a nice relaxed camp after your epic hike the day before. Love both yours and Simons set up....but Simon could do with getting at least one knife and fork lol. I noticed someone commented that you should publish a camp cookbook Andy....you should seriously do it. You always have good food whilst camping, I know from experience of feed a hungry bunch of scouts that good food can make or break a camp. Love the time and effort you put into all your videos....thanks again for another one.
Hello Andy, I’ve been watching your videos since 2018 and I have not sent a note before. But your camping videos are the BEST ever. I am from Illinois, Midwest USA, and my wife and I were in Kent from May 24 to June 5, 2022. Touring the wonderful British gardens, the Chelsea Flower Show and the Queen’s 70th Jubilee. While riding the coach with a Road Scholar tour group, I saw thousands of acres of woodland in Kent. Now I know why camping 🏕 is so popular in the UK! I thought of your videos often while driving along the woodlands. I am subscribed to several camping channels on RU-vid but yours is always the BEST ever! The best! You have given me so many equipment ideas and so many great cooking ideas also. I have tried to order some equipment from your channel but I cannot figure out how it works with Amazon. Please know that I’m an avid fan of your Channel. I cook pork shoulder here but it takes me over 15 hours when cooking it at low temperature. I make sure that the fat cooks out before taking it off the fire, which makes it pull apart better, with no fat. I want to try it with my cast iron Dutch oven soon, instead of using the oven or my outdoor BBQ grill. Thanks for all of your great camping and cooking skills! RJK.

The pulled pork looks delish! I would have put the lid back on the chili sauce container after adding water in it and give it a good shake to capture all the yumminess!

I absolutely love your tent on your truck ! I love camping , but don't like things like slugs , spiders and snakes visiting in the night . I could camp all summer with a setup like that . Also love your cast iron kettle . You should try cooking a corn beaf roast in it while camping , l bet it would be delicious! Happy camping my friend !!
Can we have more with you both? Or even you camping like you do, my reason for asking is that after being shot in my hip whilst being in service overseas in the army I cannot get out of my house to walk most days. I served for over 22 years in the Parachute Regiment. Thank you for being a life line to me and I'm sure other veterans as well best regards xx

Your video entered my orbit just now and I enjoyed watching you both prepare and cook by open fire your meals. Looked yummy!!! The more and more I see of the roof top mount tent set up the more that I mite pull the trigger and make that 2 to 4 thousand dollar purchase!! I have everything else to out fit my camping experience. My 2001 gmc sierra 4x4 z71 with a eagle one truck topper, and I'm set and ready to go.. I need to figure out the refrigerator/cooler set up!!! 11:30 I like your dedication to cutting wood by hand. I purchased a battery operated reciprocating saw and 30cm blades for my wood cutting needs. Makes quick work of fallen logs in my area.

Well I’ve been camping since I was born, my dad and a bunch of uncles. Then for 5 years straight at 8. At 13 the Jesuits adopted me (long story) and as they had 15k acres of woods. they were happy for me to kept right on camping. As Jesuits are big in eduction, I went college at 13, built a cabin and kept on going. I become an engineer /MD, and went to German to build an MRI. Forgive me for all that, but I love watching you, no wasted movements. Everything done that should be done. Nothing left undone. Your love of life comes through, and I have learned a few things. But most of all you seem like a great person, even sitting in the middle of a wet cardboard octagon. Funny thing my wife drinks hot chocolate every night before bed. Peace be unto brother.
