Wow Christine. 10 minutes of pure joy! Dramatic varied scenery and those night time colours were amazing. Easy to understand why its your favourite go to area. It has everything going for it and all topped off with a Brownie or two delight 🙂 Great viewing!! I had a few days camping in Borrowdale last week as we actually had some gorgeous weather so had to make the most of it 😎

A lot of people saw the northern lights on that night unfortunately I didn't, I'm glad you managed to see them and bet it was an awesome experience, I loved the pictures of them and I liked that you showed the north side as not many channels do. Thanks for a great video. 🙌

Smashed it once again Christine! With the video starting with the wholesome, wandering hedgehog followed by the serenity of your voice, narrating (or was that the hedgehog speaking?), I had a good feeling about this one and the views you captured of Cribyn were amazing! I recall that night in May with the possibility of seeing the northern lights all over the news, alas, I had no such luck. So happy you had that experience and captured it perfectly to share with us. It's lovely seeing how happy you are in nature, even at 5:30 in the morning where most, particularly me, would be on the grumpier side. Can't wait to see what you have in store next!

Hi Christine, Amazing how many people didn't know about the aurora, I saw it from my back garden. Two weeks ago I saw something amazing, a series of dots tearing across the sky. Took me a few days to find out it was a satellite train, and no I'd never heard of one either I have pictures and a RU-vid video.if your interested let me know how to send it to you. I did of course spot the cake. Was it only you that took the plunge, or did mystery friend join you off camera? Cheers Graham

Hello Christine. For me this me this is your best video, visually I thought it was superb. You may have been to the lake district or bigger mountains but this is so good. Brilliant you got lucky with the lights. Well done on your cold swim💪 Cribyn is beautiful and much quieter. Watching this you can tell how happy you were. Happy girl enjoying the moment. I know for this 10.09 seconds you would have recorded so much more. The time it took edited and check would have been ages. It all come to together so well. I watch many videos every day. This one is my favourite in quite a few days. I'm pretty new to making RU-vid vids and trying to do better. It's quite hard for me because I'm really not good with technology or on any social media. I just like being outside, it's been good for me to learn how to upload etc. I learned quite a bit from this one today. Have a look at one of mine one day and feel free to say it's crap😉👍 Give me some tips. I'll listen. I know I need better kit, I'm picking things up each week. Really enjoyed this one.👏👏👌👋

Definitely a right place at the right time moment! & exactly, at least 1hour worth of clips to cut/colour grade for this so does take some time, love it though! Really nice of you to say how much you enjoyed it & like you, just happy being outdoors and sharing that. Wouldn’t say you need the fanciest kit as my iPhone is still my most reliable piece of kit to use for filming, the stabilisation is second to none! I started with zero editing experience and still have a lot to learn so on the same journey 😊🫶🏻

There's so many places around here(Brecon Beacons National Park) I've recently picked up a DJI mic and few small things. I didn't see the lights myself but enjoyed them on yours and a few others🙂 Tomorrow I'm camping by the lake at Llyn y fan fach. It should just be all mine, it's pretty quiet there and it's a Thursday. I don't think it's great weather but it's been a good few weeks since I've been out. I do okay with shorts and I'm experimenting with them, songs and silly things sometimes. A woman from Spain watches my little videos,she has Cystic Fibrosis she doesn't have good health. I told her I'll run and do a few stupid things to make her smile or laugh. OneRepublic song I lived(The boy in the video has CF) Keep sharing your videos. Thank you👋❤️
Hi Albert, so the trail I took wouldn’t be possible on a bike as it was largely steep grass terrain with no actual footpath! The main track up to Pen Y Fan from storey arms is possible for mountain bikes. Hope that helps 😊
@shefreelyroams Thanks for your reply! I injured my calf a couple of years back, and I find myself puffing on even short walks, but I don't when I cycle, or I don' t notice it! I used to do fifteen milers, but that was actually thirty years ago!!! Doesn't time fly!!!
No problem at all! Plenty of nice cycling trails in the beacons if you are looking to explore the area, definitely worth a google 😊 Nice to hear you've found an alternative outdoor option though that you can enjoy following the injury, hope you have a lovely weekend!
