Where Carmine lives, the usual practice is putting down the coyotes that get on people's properties. Therefore, bringing him to the sanctuary saved his life. If you ever see a coyote in your backyard, make sure to contact your local wildlife rescue🐾
Thank you CuddleBuddies for explaining that and for the advice ❤️! Although, as far as I am concerned, the "usual practice of putting down the coyotes" needs to be abolished and banned! Why can't people just learn to peacefully coexist with wildlife? They were here before us and, at the end of the day, murdering them just because some people simply don't like them and because coyotes don't understand boundaries, is unethical, cruel and wrong! Humans understand boundaries but there is no usual practice of putting down/shooting intruders who go onto your property or being able to murder and get away with it just because you didn't like them near your property! Why are coyotes any different?!!
Well said! What a beautiful creature. I grew up near the Yellow River sanctuary- I know they will take good care of him and I hope people can go see them Always best to relocate responsibly if possible, instead of killing 😢 very much a challenge for urban/suburban coyotes
@@DustyTail ....or they just like the splashing of the water. Human children do the same. Everything doesn't have to have a deep explanation. Many animals do things just for the fun of it.
Carmine's calm demeanor towards humans does suggest the possibility of previous human interaction. Regardless of his past, we're grateful he's now safe and thriving at the sanctuary. 🐾❤️ Thank you for appreciating his beauty and supporting his journey to a better life!
Have never seen a coyote that is the same color as carmine! He is stunning and such a good guy, so glad he got a good home, friends etc and wasn't put down by people or wildlife officers.
Actually just about all "coyotes" east of the Mississippi are hybrids. I believe they found the average to be something like 10-15% each dog and wolf DNA in eastern coyotes. This one definitely looks like it's more than 10-15% dog though lol
Appears to be a coy-dog hybrid and has clearly been in significant contact with people and dogs earlier in life. Glad you got this sweet boy a good place to live.
They are two beautiful Coyotes. Thank You for saving the life of Carmine and for introducing Carmine and Wylie. We are all social beings who need and thrive on companionship. Well Done Sir! 🥰
Carmine seems like a nice kid who just wants friends to play with. Such a kind and gentle soul. Glad he was brought to a sanctuary and made friends with Wilee. Glad they became friends and best buds.
Carmine Just Wanted Someone To Play With!! Nothing Wrong With That!! This Sanctuary Came Along And Carmine Got His Wish!! Now?? He Has A Friend To Play With!! That's Great!! Good For You Carmine!!❤😊
@@CuddleBuddiesChannel Such a happy outcome for both coyotes! The physical differences between them and dogs of a similar body type are subtle. The golden eye color, the narrower, longer muzzle and 'wild' fur or hair coat. Yes?
@@sister_bertrille911 I think I remember a different video of him where they called him a Coydog. From the coloring I would even venture that he is a coyote and some kind of shepherd mix. He kinda has that look about him.
Carmine's coloring is stunning! I've never seen that color on a Coyote before. His jumping in the water and playing with the white dog was so cute. He just wants friends to play with like any other dog.
Carmine's coloring truly is captivating, isn't it? 🌟🐺 And his playful antics with the white dog are absolutely adorable! It's heartwarming to see him enjoying the simple joys of companionship. Thanks for appreciating his uniqueness and sharing in his happiness! 🐾❤️
@@CuddleBuddiesChannelHave you done considered a genetic test for Carmine? He really does look like he might be a coydog. He’s certainly a friendly little guy! 🙂
Coyotes are so super intelligent, curious, and most of the time, just are out seeking food and wanting to play I have found. Thank you guys so much for saving this beautiful animals life! :)
Absolutely! Coyotes are incredibly intelligent and curious beings, often just seeking food and companionship in their natural environment. 🐾❤️Thank you for recognizing the beauty and value of these amazing animals. 😊🌟
As I see it - if you have a coyote in your area that isn't causing trouble for you then just keep an eye on it and make it at least reasonably comfortable. If you remove it then you'll risk that another coyote moves in that could be a troublemaker, especially if you are in an area where there are more coyotes. Most common food source for them is small rodents, so if they stick to that diet then you'll have less trouble from them.
It's obvious this little one was raised by humans. It could have gone the other way so this story warms my heart that people recognized this little one was to tame to be in the wild and not a threat to be killed.
@lavaunjohns7796 You misheard the video. Carmine wasn’t raised by humans, he was for all we all know wild. They said Willee that other coyote at the sanctuary had been hand raised by people.
@@cooliodiablo4571 You misunderstood his comment, he's saying that they're acting so outside the normal behaviour for the species, that it's obvious they were raised by humans
@@1funnygameProbably But it's also possible that this coyote just saw dogs and a wanted what they had going on If none did then dogs wouldn't have ever split off from wolves in the first place
What a lovely outcome! Coyote’s are so misunderstood and not appreciated for the magnificent and intelligent creatures that they are! I’m glad that the powers that be came together to protect Carmine and do right by him! Yay, humans! 💕
Absolutely! Coyotes are indeed magnificent and intelligent creatures deserving of our respect and protection. It's heartwarming to see Carmine receiving the care and support he deserves. 🐾💕 Thank you for recognizing the importance of compassion toward all beings!
Carmine doesn't seem to care for another coyote but I think, wants to play with dogs actually. However, willee wants play with carmine for sure! Both are quite beautiful! ❤
Fantastic! Most of us humans in the USA are not living as we should be, so it's SO helpful to our minds to see these animals. I smile ear to ear every time I see these videos! Humans will be happier when we all can live closer and in better harmony with our planets natural system, and all the wonderful creatures in it.
That was my first thought as well. I know it's not the same state, but there is a breeder in Southern California that is breeding Coydogs and trying to make a new breed. He does wolf hybrids too. Carmine looks like some of his coydogs
He’s special and has a lot of domesticated dog in him. He has a bigger forehead / head slope and his eyes are very gentle and observant. Thank you so much for adopting him & giving him a home.
It seems like someone was feeding him and socialized him to dogs. Maybe they moved away and left him seeking companionship. A reminder to leave wild animals alone and admire from afar. So glad this ended really well for both coyotes! ❤
I'm grateful for caring animal lovers that took the time to safely capture the coyote and place him in a sanctuary before someone tried to kill it. Though the coyote is a wild animal, this one was domesticated by someone, making it friendly with humans and other animals. This has a very happy ending, which we need more of for lone animals simply trying to survive on their own, which is an extremely tough struggle without human care.
What a gorgeous boy! Such a beautiful color! I have a feeling he must have been raised by humans with other dogs and either escaped or abandones. So glad he's happy with his new best buddy. 🥰
Still good people in this world....taking a little time ,effort to make the world better by having Carmine and Wiley together and happy ,safe....I would love to be able to meet ,visit with them
Thank You for saving His life!!! He was never aggressiv, such a sweet soul. He was obviously raised by Humans...just wanted someone by his side! I am so glad about their new place...I hope, they have a good live!!! God....please give us peace in our time, a place to live and good friends!!!!!
Oh my gosh I'm so happy and thankful that these two coyotes were saved, that they now have each other and they're safe❤❤❤❤ Thank you, to everyone that got these two together and to the sanctuary that's keeping them. May God Bless you all and the coyotes 🙏🙏 🙏🙏
I was in Great Smoky Mountains National Park last week. Rainy morning, out past Cades Cove, on a lonely, unpaved road. I saw an animal just like this! I thought it was a wolf or even a lost dog because I’d never heard of coyotes this color. Thank you for solving this mystery- such a magical sighting!!
That animal as been socialized earlier in life. I may not be 100% Coyote as well. Beautiful animal and glad it wasn't shot or harmed. Kudos to the folks that rescued this beautiful animal!
I don't think that boy is wild, I think he's another hand reard, either that or he's been fed by humans as his trust in them is too strong. Gorgeous boy, so glad he's safe❤
Carmine's trust in humans does suggest previous interaction, whether through being hand-reared or fed by humans. Regardless of his past, we're grateful he's now safe and thriving. 🐾❤️ Thank you for appreciating his beauty and supporting his well-being!
@@CuddleBuddiesChannel I am curious - do you neuter the coyotes that you bring into your sanctuary so they cannot have pups? I mean I know Wiley and Carmine are both male but if there should be a female rescue brought in at some point, would you allow them to mate or not? Thanks!
Carmine and Willee are unreleasable because they’re habituated to humans and lack the fear of them to survive in the wild. They’ll live their best lives together at a sanctuary that will look after them. 😊
Absolutely! Carmine and Wilee's bond and their comfort around humans make them unsuitable for release into the wild. We're grateful they found a loving sanctuary where they can thrive together. 😊🐾 Thank you for your support and understanding!
I’ve heard of the darker coyotes. Carmine is beautiful! So glad folks were smart and kind enough to take care of Carmine. He is definitely worth protecting 💟
Coyotes are such pretty animals, they look like less-stocky, more fragile wolves. It is a pity, although understandable, that they are considered a pest by farmers, because they kill livestock and can be a danger to pets, too. I'm glad those two fellows here were lucky and did not get destroyed, so that they can now enjoy their sanctuary lives.
Coyotes truly are beautiful creatures, resembling sleeker versions of wolves! 🐺 It's understandable that conflicts arise with farmers and pet owners, but it's heartening to see Carmine and his friend find safety and peace in the sanctuary. 🌟 Thank you for recognizing their value and supporting their well-being! 🐾❤️
What a sweet story . It's awesome that they found a safe place to live and be taken care of plus they won't be alone. They have a best friend ❤❤❤❤❤❤ sweetest story of the day ❤❤❤❤❤
Lovely they just want to be part of a pack even if its with dogs, shame that they cant live with humans for walks & company too but this is better than what they were going through
