This recipe looks absolutely phenomenal! I will definitely be trying it. Good way to feed those people ( my wife and daughter for instance) venison when they aren’t really big on a deer steak. I would absolutely have some of my fresh ground horseradish on the side. Possibly some morel mushrooms in the mix. Can’t wait to give this a shot. Thanks for the video!
