If you're talking about at 0:13 With a full Gauge you have to Unbound the Katana in the air On PS5 it's R2 + Square or Triangle So by the way, just MY ADVICE on playing Katana I suggest this is the only way you Unbound Don't do it on the ground standing, it's a slow animation that waste your energy bar. Always do it jumping off a Triple Box It'll even work off a Shield Wall or Bulwark I also recommend you Unbound during 3 things 1 if you KNOW the monster is going into it's Enrage phase, you can unload on it safely and use the R2 to slide through the AoE attack with i Frames 2.. Use a Chain Trap or Harpoon to unload 3..
