RIP Charlie Watts!!!! Greatest most under appreciated drummer of all time!!!!! Thank you Justin!!!! You are The greatest guitarist to grace this earth!!!!! 🤘🤘🍻🖤
it's funny, because if there's one thing everybody knows about this song, it's the lyrics. How if you get the right singer to bring enough passion, it becomes something different, something elevated. and then this guy comes along and sings it louder and more passionately than most other people I've heard with his mouth shut the whole time...
Goosebumps.. now that’s how u add something extra to an already amazing song.. timeless .. Charlie would be proud of that .. respect and love from the UK 🇬🇧
You absolutely beautifully piece of work DrJohnson thanking you very kindly for such a beautiful tribute piece. The man is smiling sat down behind his silent kit. R.I.P 😪😘👍🏼
Childhood living Is easy to do The things you wanted I bought them for you Graceless lady You know who I am You know I can't let you Slide through my hands Wild horses Couldn't drag me away Wild, wild horses Couldn't drag me away I watched you suffer A dull aching pain Now you've decided To show me the same No sweeping exit Or offstage lines Could make me feel bitter Or treat you unkind Wild horses Couldn't drag me away Wild, wild horses Couldn't drag me away I know I've dreamed you A sin and a lie I have my freedom But I don't have much time Faith has been broken Tears must be cried Let's do some living After we die Wild horses Couldn't drag me away Wild, wild horses We'll ride them some day Wild horses Couldn't drag me away Wild, wild horses We'll ride them some day
@@SkunkPunch73 My reply had absolutely nothing to do with Charlie Watts or his recent passing. It was merely a compliment to this artist about how beautiful I found his arrangement of a song that didn't appeal to me.
@@SkunkPunch73 whys that matter? don't mean they should like a band just bc someone died or just bc u like them. Respect comes in many forms not just admiration.
Absolutely one of my favorite Stones songs. Justin, you have proven yourself as the best guitarist again. Thank you for giving this song the justice it deserves.
Another great rendition of a great Stones tune. I always like how you do the vocals with the guitar. I think Charlie and the Guys would approve. I bet Keith would really dig it. Charlie Watts will never be forgotten. He is now with the Big Band in Rockin Roll Heaven.
I must admit, through the years, I never paid much attention to Charlie. In a band full of outrageousness, he sat quietly behind his minimalist kit, laying down the foundation of the Stones' great songs. The drum intro to Honkey Tonk Women has to be one of the most recognizable drum solo's around, and like Charlie, it was minimalist, yet profound. Like many people, the past few days have seen me listening to Rolling Stones music and concentrating on this quiet man's contribution. RIP Charlie.
