The entire flora is really neat, not only just the palms. They have an amazing amount of different bird species down there including Toucans. The weather is really neat, I like the wet season with heavy downpours that come out of no where, love to listen to it at night. There's a heavier intensity with these storms as compared to the temperate climates of the northeast US.
Yeah so many amazing plants. We were marveling at the birds as well. The flora and fauna is amazing there. I find the weather fascinating as well, I love the rainy season, tropical storms are super interesting.
