What is the best form of kayn the red or blue and how we "farm" the blue/red bar? I played one game with it and i did not understand how it works

The thing is there is no "Best Form" on Kayn in reality. Your form should depends on the composition of your team as well as the enemy team. If you need an Assassin which one-shots enemies, go Blue Kayn. If you want a frontline champion which has high sustain in teamfights, go Red Kayn Now, the idea of farming orb is very simple. Damaging RANGED champions gives off blue orbs that when full, turns into Blue Kayn. Damaging MELEE champions gives off red orbs that when full, turns into Red Kayn. It is easier to pick what form will you get first depending on the number of melee and ranged champions on the enemy team. Hope, this helps 😁

@@RR-lj7dn You are exactly right about that, if you team need a Bruiser / Tankier Champion to serve as a Frontliner or your team need extra crowd control, go with Red Kayn. If you think that your team still lack damage output go for Blue Kayn for high damage output.
