Interviewer, "They were innocent people, I mean why..." Sheela, "I don't want to discuss!" This is a nasty, selfish, greedy, and evil woman who has no remorse and thinks 39 months in prison for attempted murder is enough. She is heavily mistaken, and should be punished for the rest of her life.

Is anyone else concerned/deeply disturbed about Sheela owning and managing two nursing homes? Please say she doesn't still own them.

It's pretty clear that she is defaming Rajneesh because he abondoned her She is frustrated and angry because she reallized that she never had that in her, it was osho who's power she was enjoying

Just look at the way she asks interviewer to leave that part of her question which was actually making her a bit uneasy. She said that the punishment of 39 months behind the bars is enough for her. This clearly shows that she's admitting the fact that something terribly wrong was done which deserved punishment.

This woman is dangerous and is not remorseful at all.

She is not redeeming herself, redemption requires apology and she has never asked to be forgiven nor has she admitted her mistake. Thou it may seem like she is doing good it is a profession for her, she’s not volunteering.

There is a huge difference When u listen about Osho and when you listen to Osho, Osho was against all kinds of beliefs and Dogma and that made him America's enemy no.1 and was slow poisoned to death. One should listen to Osho before completely disregarding him.

Living about an hour and a half from Antelope Oregon, I can tell you this woman was totally nuts! She was a despised person.

Something that I don't get is how are people justifying that Osho knew about what Sheela was doing but never stopped her or spoke against her until she left him and he was worried that she might speak against him or the commune. People are not even thinking about that. Everyone is like she was bad but he was good. Of course not! He had so many Rolls-Royce and gold watches, are you seriously calling him a sanyasi??

Actually Osho(rajaneesh, bhagwaan and etc) used sheela to grow bigger ... He used many, she was just famous one...For me, osho is just a well read person who used to share whatever he learned by reading huge numbers of books... He was NOT enlighten or anything like that... This lady fell in deep love with him and done whatever is possible to take him to the top or to save him.... Because everyone know that love is blind. Another thing is she's damn straight forward lady...(I'm the person who finished reading many of his books...)

Had it not been for Osho's texts and videos, his legacy would have been completely overshadowed by the narcissism of the people around him and the twisted interpretations of the people.🙄🌿🤕⚡

Sheela had the strength of steel, she had many admirable qualities, but she was unhinged in the end or perhaps the whole time. She was willing to commit crimes because of her fanatical devotion to the cult. When she learned that Baghwan wanted to end his life peacefully by an injection, she said "Who will rise up and kill the doctor?" or words to that effect. A normal person does NOT order a doctor to be killed, especially when Baghwan wanted to end his life as he chose. Her fanatacism ruled out in the end. Also I want to know how much money she stole from the cult when she first fled the USA.

and Sheela says... "I'm telling you but you're not ready to hear my answer". Pulling that same condescending trick Rajneesh himself would use to get people to passively submit. But she is correct in that the followers had a choice and ultimately got what they asked for or deserved. That's what one gets for putting another on a pedestal.

She is the most archetypical example of a covert narcissist. Everything she says, how she acts, and even her working with "sick people".

The stories people tell themselves to live with themselves.. Her face and wrinkles are enough to show her harrowing personality.

What happened over yonder in Oregon almost 40 years ago was a phenomenal happening. A 60's style hippie commune on steroids, jacked up to a unbelievable proportions. An on-going "Woodstock" experience. minus the innocence. And it had everything. I cannot judge what really happened over there. I was invited to go and did consider going. In New York City where I was, there were plenty of sannyasins. It was too far-out and adventurous for me. But at that time spirituality and gurus were just all over the place. This phenomenon arose during unique circumstances and at a unique time-period in American history.

All of the organizations end up with problems because humans have to learn to TRUST IN THEMSELVES. It's wonderful to learn from spiritual teachers from all over the world but organizations in large groups tend to create spiritual egoism which becomes counter productive. The best you can do is learn from these wonderful teachers and spend more time alone with the silence of being. Away from a personal relationship with the Guru. Even Osho was all screwed up in the end. Practice moderation in all things. Somthing Osho failed at only to get himself and everyone in trouble in the end.

She was such an evil person who let her husband rot alone during his last days. Her constant sexual intimacy with others was growing even after knowing the fact that her husband was counting his days as a cancer patient. Sheela is a classic case of an undeserving overflow of money and fame! Which she couldn't handle and screwed up everything. My uncle (mama) was in Oregon during those days and he used to talk about Sheela to my Mom, and I had a little recollection of her when I grew up I got to know my Uncle left India just to be with her. He is settled in New York now, and he told me Sheela was growing eviler and destructive, and the scary part was she wasn't scared and she had killed her conscience completely. There was no right or wrong to her she was sleeping around with endless powerful people especially the mafia and underworld. Rajneesh aka Osho was a tricky character to understand, his ways were different.

Imagine living in the nursing home run by this evil woman. She preys on the vulnerable, she is scary.

Osho had changed many people's life. Because of reading his books, i became positive towards life. Sheela a diciple of Osho had changed her view is a wonderful things. But nobody interested in Sheila and her gossips.
