It’s going to be a great summer tent! For sports like this I must say I do prefer my Cricket tarp as it sheds the wind a bit better. Overall a great value shelter with that classic A frame look.
It was a bit refreshing in the wind, and the tent has a lot og ventilation. But only felt a little breeze on my butt at night. Impressed with the FKT Quilt, it’s rated for about 13C so 2C is really pushing it. But If I had a bivy or a wind proof inner tent I’d say it can handle it no problem, using the right layering system.
That would be great! Getting up steep mountains with a heavy pack is a different type of fun… but we brought a bit of glamping with us. Great night sky too, lots of stars.
