Might have just sold me l love the fact it's basic, l would only ad the sounder and box for behind the seat. Good to know you still love it after a couple yrs. Now to find one in Australia. Cheers and tight lines
Great video. Hey, you can easily address the crank alignment by removing the crank arms, rotating them 90 degrees and reattaching them. You MIGHT need a crank arm puller but you can have it done at any bike shop. Hope that works for you!
Hey dude what size black pack pro you're using ? Any fitment issues? Just a suggestion if you tight up your seat straps it will improve you comfort 200 %. Great video. Thanks for sharing 👍.
Hey JB, I just got a 1yo Recon HD. Are theses Helix drives supposed to twist/shift side to side as you pedal? I dont mind noise but having it feel like its missing bearing races while Im pedaling makes me want to set it on fire.
Are the clips latched on the side of the drive properly also the pin in it fit snug? I had issues with my drive pedals before I recently sold it. I always had a little give that made a little noise on the shaft but no twist or flex. Great kayak but I had a horrible time with their customer service. Hope you figure it out but that doesn't sound good.
Hey buddy how you doing man? Man this was an awesome video on your kayak man. I really enjoy watching this. I really like your setup man. You have a nice setup man. I love Wilderness systems kayak. That's what my kayak is too Except not a pedal drive kayak but i am looking to upgrade to one but my problem is the pedal are not wide enough for my 6 1/2 inch extremely wide feet 🦶 i have with the very very chubby fat wide toes that i have that are Evenly straight across. Other than that i would have been had a pedal drive kayak by now. I really really like how it's big boy friendly because I am a fat dude myself. I am 6'3 385Ibs sz15 6E wide & i like your kayak man. You have a very nice looking kayak buddy. Question do you know how comfortable are the pedal to pedal barefooted 👣 or can you change the pedal out because I have to kayak barefooted 👣 because of how extremely wide my feet 🦶 are & i am looking for wider pedals but i am having a very very extremely hard time trying to find them. Thanks you so much for making & do this video man cuz i really want to see your kayak & the setup you have on it. You take it easy buddy & be safe out there on the water buddy.
Thanks Mack! All is well! Been fishing the lot the last few days. But yes you can definitely peddle barefoot and is comfortable. Thanks again for always watching be safe on the roads man!!!
@@JupiterBassin so when you were full rigged for tourney you would say you were way over the weight capacity of 450? reason i am asking is it looks to be a pretty big yak yet the weight cap is very conservative compared to smaller craft.
@mikebillot5221 yeah with my black pak and fishfinder it was all that I wanted to put in it without suffering performance. I recently purchased the titan x 12.5. I loved my recon but I wanted a kayak that I could add more to and have more of a weight capacity. I think if you are worried about what you can and can't put in. You should go bigger. I think it's a pretty great kayak the balances weight, performance and stability. Are you able to demo it anywhere I would say it's your best bet before you buy.
@@JupiterBassin demo places by me would only be the too expensive ones that i would need near me , ie hobie titanx knarrs maybe but too expensive for my budget. i was thinking nucanoe frontier 12 or kaku zulu. but they are bare bone slates and you will get gouged buying all the attachments and stuff that come built in with the fishin yaks.
