Really glad he showed the transducer at the end. I thought it would stick out a bit but it is completely hidden. WS just pushed themselves ahead of Jackson IMO. I'm a Jackson fan but that center console is sharp.
Wish I had of waited 4 more months I would have got this model vs the regular 115. Love the fish finder console and handles loom better. Lots of problems w front handle coming loose within first 2 months.
Nice overview.....now Wildy Ride 135 owners will be asking...."when is there going to be a 135X......." Somehow that seems like a natural progression for release next year at ICAST.
Me and my brother are hoping to get an ATAK or I like the Ride 115X and 135X. My question is which one is better for fishing the 115X Ride or 14.5 ATAK. And does the length matter when standing? We'll be primarily rivers and small lakes.
It's really hard to beat Wilderness Systems in my opinion. I've had plenty of Yaks but my Tarpons are by far the best I've ever owned. Never tried the Ride though.
I was ready to buy the Talon 120 this weekend until I watched this video. The Wilderness systems website doesn't list the 115X. Any idea on when it will be available and would you recommend it over the Talon Series? Because of the integrated Fish Finder/Battery set-up? Just ordered the DVD set and a bunch of soft plastics. Ready to learn to Kayak Fish here in Eastern KY.
