On the sober nurse arrested for DUI, why did it take so long for the results to come back? Most labs can do a complete rundown of someone's blood in less than an hour. I think that DA needs to lose her job over what she did.
10:15 that "mom" is a horrific excuse of a mother, clearly angry and jealous of his new girlfriend and is condoning her daughters abhorrent behavior towards the new wife's daughter. I'm just disgusted by that disgusting woman, the harm shes done by driving a wedge between father and daughter will become apparent when shes an adult. And she will resent her mother for using her to get at her father.
Re: Woman arrested for DUI, while being SOBER. WHY did it take 6 MONTHS FOR HER BLOODWORK to come back? WHY wasn't PBT PERFORMED IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE FST's? WHY was her INNOCENT SON PUT IN FOSTER CARE FOR 9 MONTHS, WHEN SHE WAS SOBER? WHO placed the child in DCFS CARE? This case is UNFATHOMABLE!!! A sober, working, loving mother looses her PERFECTLY HEALTHY, UNINJURED SON to foster care, YET.... DCFS LEAVES ABUSED CHILDREN in the filthy, disgusting, with drug addicted, nonworking parent/s, that end up UNALIVE, and THAT'S OKAY?? I AM CONFUSED, LIVID, HEARTBROKEN myself. I have tremendous SYMPATHY for this mother & child. And a lot of distaine for the LEO's, DCFS WORKERS & JUDGE involved with this case, SHAMEFUL! 😢🫢😡😮💨🤦🏻♀️
Just takes a long time for that stuff to come embark from the lab. Drugs can also make you intox and unable to drive. Her meds may have been the problem
It’s a crazy world we live in, maybe it was opposite upside down day 🤷♀️ I’m sick of seeing children killed, and finding out that CPS was aware of the situation and did NOTHING. I want to see all these authorities eld accountable for all their mistakes, because they happen way too often, and get away with no responsibility, even though it’s a job that requires an incredible amount of responsibility.
Wow! Talk about a bitter ex-wife! He is lucky he escaped her. That cop better dump her before he gets in trouble. His relationship with his daughter is ruined because of his EX-WIFE, not a cell phone.
We only got his side for all we know he’s an awful dad. People don’t file charges over a cellphone. Plus if it was hers and she pays for it and he refused to give it back she should be able to call the cops, that’s theft
He SHOULD get in trouble NOW. Cops would NEVER CHARGE A FATHER for doing his job as a father. If he wasn't dating his ex, they would say it's a civil matter.
@@oztrich24 no, I wasn’t I was considering other possibilities instead of taking one side and running with it. If anyone was jumping to conclusions that’s you. Don’t talk about something with such confidence that you don’t have the assurance too
Loved the two stories of elderly women that just wanted to tick off ' get arrested ' from their bucket list and the way their friends and the police helped them :)
The father that rightfully took the daughters cell phone away, that mom is 100% to blame for the their relationship being destroyed. Absolutely heart breaking. She's a huge enabler of a bad behavior 9:23
The nurse was exhausted. So now one can be arrested for working too hard & too long. Huge mistakes were made by law enforcement. Why wasn’t she breathalyzed on scene? Drugs suspected, so what, guilty until proven innocent, arrested, child taken away, traumatized… This is shameful.
Horrid. They should have been charges with assault. The nurse was putting her life on the line during a pandemic and treated like this? Cops need a good look at themselves.
To the daughter of the man who got arrested for taking away her cell phone. One day you'll have regrets. I just hope it comes before you can no longer tell him you regret it all. And to the Mom? Grow up and move on and stop using your child as a pawn to hurt him. Even if you were hurt by him in someway, you don't diminish the other parent. You think you're hurting him but you're only hurting your daughter. I didn't even take alimony when my ex and I split up so I didn't involve my child in arguments. He passed away when she was 19 with absolute love for her Daddy. Nothing unresolved nothing unsaid. Yes it was hard to start from scratch but I am blessed my child grew up whole.
The kid just casually having a fun time on the ride of the truck 😂😂 The kid: WEEEEEE😂 this is fun Me: ‘ in the passenger seat ‘ SLOW DOWN!!! ‘ slips and flips around the seat ‘ bruh slow down
As far as field testing for alcohol goes, I’d fail miserably! I have Menears disease #1. It’s a narrowing of the inner ear canal. I’ve had so many inner ear infections, I loose my balance if I turn to quickly. #2, I’ve had back surgery they did wrong. I can’t stand on either of my feet one at a time. My only hope would be the breathalyzer. I don’t/can’t drink because of medicine interactions.
6:10 I have vertigo and I’m a CPA that works 65-70 hours a week from January- April 15th. I’d definitely fail a field sobriety test lol. But, I’d demand a breathalyzer or blood test right away to prove my innocence.
@@dreamersleepwalkerroadside ones aren't *used very often due to reliability but they do them at the station and it may be in conjunction with a blood test. The fact it took 6 months for the results to come back from the blood work is asinine
Man if I was them kids with the elf on a shelf situation, any time mom brought up the whole snitching to Santa thing I’d just throw the fact that the elf got arrested back at her 😂
I am a senior citizen and i often loose my balance, and sometimes fall down. I would NOT pass those tests and yet i dont drink, dont do any drugs. I dont even cook with alcohol. I hope i never have to do those tests.
6 month to get the blood result for the dui? It can be done the same day. Very strange. In europe here you would get a blood test and then act accorsingly
Never take a field sobriety test ever. The test only exists as a excuse to arrest people whether they were drinking or not and now they can also say they did nothing wrong. Taking a sobriety test you might as well get on the train
To the girl that doesn’t talk to her dad over a phone ridicules I would do anything and give up anything just to see my dad one more time ! Rip my big man ❤️
31.32 the kids with the cop and the naughty elf melted my heart. The pureness of the kids to still believe in the christmas magic. Same as the tooth fairy and easter bunny.
I have no words. It'd be absolutely disgusting if a "friend" or relative stole from someone during one of the most memorable days of their lives, but to be predator literally targeting people's wedding gifts is just unreal. That was $$ meant to for them to start them futures together 😢. Hopefully they'll giver 5 plus years this time because of her nerve to dare do it again!
Katie Slater: You should still sue the daycare and the sicy and judge under wrongful detainment, separation from you son, etc etc etc. I am so sorry this happened to you. What about the abusive day care??? This is ridiculous. Couldn't an attorney help her??? Why six months for the test to come back?
Dad on trial: IF the phone was not purchased by him AND/OR was used so that the child could communicate with the parent she was not staying with THEN he was wrong. An alternative would be to get a 'talk-only' phone that she can use to be in touch with her parents, not cutting one parent off from their child.
I failed a sobriety test because I was tired. I swerved because I was falling asleep. Which I admit I should have pulled over but stupid me thought "6 more blocks... 4 more blocks..." +cue lights+ never drove that tired again. But they thought I was drunk at first. Thankfully the cop was nice and while I had drank 3 High Noons (seltzer) about 8 hours earlier, my level was so low, I wasn't drunk. She said she could choose to arrest me but didn't believe I was drunk and believed me that I was tired.
