Love your content. Hey, since you have had both 1st and 2nd gens sequoias, I would love to know your feedback on them. I’m looking at either a 1st or 2nd gen but my main concern is cabin noise and ride quality. Is the 2nd gen a smoother ride? Any input here would be very much appreciated.
Depending on your budget, I would say go 2nd gen. Much smoother, more of a sturdy feeling vehicle being its a good bit bigger than the 1st gen. They have independent suspension front and rear, opposed to solid rear axle on the 1st gen. Solid axle definitely has better articulation but the independent suspension makes for a much smoother ride on rode and mild off-road. You can't go wrong with a clean 1st or 2nd gen tho!
