They don't want a cottage they need a dance hall. You don't buy a cottage to stay inside all day. If they want one to sleep that many people they will have to spend a lot more money.

It does fit their needs they're just picky. It's also cottage country; you're not shopping for a home just a vacation home.

It's a 20 pax family how does the realtor fit all of them in the dining room and one bathroom of the first house? Does the realtor think he can make the family believe it's big enough for them?

The huge deck and lake frontage with dock are great. But the rest doesn’t fit their family. It’s like he didn’t hear them say, “20 people.”

I don't think ANY house will have enough bathrooms for 20 people. They need to rent a couple of porty potties for whatever property they decide on. Or build their own house, with 5-8 bathrooms.

They should buy a old resort or lodge with bunkhouse for kids. Second cottage is amazing...use garage as dinning hall and bunkhouse Sidebar I would not enjoy these people as neighbors with their dance parties and 20 ppl
