I agree. Remember, it's not the fans or even the AD who decides Napier's fate. It's Big Money and I think they had him penciled in for 2025 regardless of record. In 2025 the defense will have caught the offense and with Lagway stretching his legs, Florida will be a dangerous team. The only thing that might derail this is if the team stumbles and bumbles through this season. Duplicate numbers on the field ... going for it on fourth down on their own 10 yard line. And failing. Stupid stuff like that. Also schedule strength does matter to Big Money. They weigh and measure everything. It's why they have Big Money. Napier will be at Florida for 2025 no matter who whines ... unless it's Big Money.

I think you have to evaluate BN with Scott Stricklin. I always felt UF was too big and a little over his head. But I have serious concerns about SS process of choosing a coach and don’t want to dump BN just to repeat this process. If UF going to to make a change….then change. But do it methodically and well approached.

I think with the improvements on defense and the ability to actually put guys in the rite spot on the o line we can win 7 to 9 games. Texas and Georgia are the only 2 teams I really don't think we have a legit shot to win. That leaves 10 games we have a legit shot to win we ought to be able to get at least 7 wins

The main point people keep forgetting is Billy is a BaD HC. He has two DCs in three years , he hired Robert’s to baby sit the Sandlot kid. He is bad at situational football . He under values ST. No one is looking at Napier and saying man that’s the next saban.

Not only will Napier not be the coach at the end of the season, I’m predicting that UF dissolves their football program at the end of this season. It’s been a long time coming. They will get rid of football and focus their resources on basketball.
