In my opinion Casca should be the one to put an end to Griffith. Guts has freed himself from Griffith. However, Casca is still very much dependant on him. We deserve to see her free herself and take her life back into her hands

I see Casca only with Guts. In the latest chapters, it’s clear she’s trying to return to who she used to be and remembering the love she has for Guts. Griffith is in the way of that as usual.

Casca will kill Griffith. Like a little doll pulling the wings off a Falcon.

I've always considered the rescue effort as their first date. It's so clear the way they bark at eachother, tease and reassure eachother.

I want there to be a scene that mirrors Guts and Casca physically and passionately getting it on with each other (had to word it like that because of the RU-vid not hiding comments) where Guys is the one to help heal her trauma the same way Casca did during the Golden Age. Of course, they’d get married and spend the rest of their days with each other. That would be so beauty and a fitting ending.

Casca does NOT, I repeat. She does NOT view Guts as just a beast that only brings back bad memories. Even after regaining her personality, Casca chooses to approach Guts. Even after her PTSD episode, she chooses to talk to Guts again by standing on the other side of the tree and talking to him. Griffith injected himself into their lives again and destroyed their safe place. Also, if not for Griffith, Casca would have had her child with Guts and there would be no moonlight boy. So Griffith messed up Guts and Casca's relationship in so many ways that people don't think about. They would have had a normal healthy child. Their friends would still be alive. They wouldn't be forced to live in the interstice. Griffith was not planning to let Guts and Casca live. They have the brand. That shows he was planning to sacrifice them. Why on earth would anyone think Casca loves Griffith or wants to be with him? Ugh

The only thing Casca is ending, is Griffith's life. And I can't wait to read it !!!

I just can't help but be reminded of Supernatural. Something Dean said (or close to it anyway, it's been so long 👋😅): "Angels are d***s." Think about it: White, is usually a color of good and purity, and used in many religions for holy forces. And black, dark, for evil and corruption. Guts wears dark corrupt armor, yet is supposedly the protagonist. Sam and Dean have had more positive dealings with demons than angels in the show. Things aren't always what they seem to be, and it is especially important to learn the difference between fantasy and reality. In the world of Berserk, Griffith was seen as a savior type of person, who had people's ardor, when the reality is, the purity he put on display, was covering up a terribly evil being. And Guts, he is literally wearing his evil for all to see, but beating beneath that veil of blackness, beats the heart of a hero, willing to sacrifice himself to destroy the evil one who torments him, and those he cares about. That's just my thoughts, though. ☕🤔

I can see casca siding with Griffith, only if she finds out that he shares a body with the moonlight boy. I can see that being a conflict between her and Guts.

I always interpreted 'her wish may not be your wish' to mean that her vision of what happens to Griffith/Moonlight Boy won't match Guts' expectations.

I mean like from all the foreshadowing skully said the demon child will cause woe and children even demons seek their parents, Griffith has second hand unresolved mommy issues now.

Griffith graped her, offed all her friends, mutated her unborn child… what’s not to love? Regardless of how crazy she goes, you think Guts is gonna just turn a blind eye? A man did that to your would be family, what would you do? I’d just need a smaller sword.

I really hope they don’t write the story to have guts go to kill the child and end up killing her as well because his blood lust is so great.

Click bait. But to be fair, it was always Guts. Griffith isn’t even in the equation. Nothing would let her consciously choose the man who saved her from being raped to raping her after she saved his life. The thing you’re missing here is WHY she’s attached to the moonlight child. It’s not that it’s just her child. In fact, many women lost children at birth in those times which I’m surprised you didn’t mention. It’s the fact she had the kid WITH GUTS. She’s never letting go of her love for Guts pre sacrificed. The reason of her fearing Guts wasn’t accurately mentioned either. Her fear didn’t come from her time being a semi mindless child, her fear was because as she was being raped, she couldn’t help but remember Guts in the helpless position but still fighting to save her. She found the rape event to be her fault somewhat and felt weak, even though obviously is wasn’t her fault, and she feels the wrath that Guts had for Griffith and understands it which scares her. She’s not scared of Guts hurting her, she’s scared of him turning into a monster like Griffith, not scared of him just becoming a monster. In fact, I’m sold she wouldn’t mind if Griffith was destroyed in the worst of ways but she doesn’t want to lose Guts in the process. Her PTSD is just her remembering what GRIFFITH did to her, not Guts. Seeing Guts just reminded her of that day (the eclipse). I haven’t seen anywhere after she came to her senses that her fear was from something Guts did while she was in the child like state. The whole reason Guts wants to even kill Griffith is FOR Casca as well as the life Griffith stole. Not just to “get back at him”. Casca would be the only reason to keep Guts sane. My synopsis is Casca obviously stays with Guts and would never get with Griffith if her life depended on it. Griffith’s mistake is that he thinks keeping Casca is insurance but a chapter hasn’t shown what the moonlight boy will do if Casca is in that form. My gut feeling is while the moonlight boy takes over, Guts kills the rest of the Apostles while SK destroys the World Spirit tree with the sword of resonance/actuation. Doing so may prevent Griffith from retaking the body that belongs to the Moonlight boy since the moonlight boy had a physical body he already inhabited while Griffith had none. Doing so would mean Griffith would be trapped on earth with no physical body. Another option would be that Puck allows the Moonlight boy to enter his body, leaving Griffith vulnerable in an empty shell since Puck stated he has the ability. Or, Puck becomes the vessel for Griffith but allows Guts to stab him with Dragon Slayer after the tree is cut down. So, ya no man, Casca is definitely staying with Guts and Guts isn’t killing the Moonlight child.

So… what do you keep calling them “The Band of the Falcon”? It’s the Hawk, right?

Well, the only way that I see guts, Costco, and the moonlight boy having a happy ending and being reunited in the end is the three of them work together to banish and destroy Pinto because the serial power of the moonlight boy is so powerful he could do all these things where he heals Kaska he heals guts And then reborn gets reborn Pinocchio after he banishes his dark of Griffith/Femto side.

Casca will forgive Griffith. Guts will become an alcoholic and gets abandoned by his crew. Casca asks Griffith to take Guts in. During dinner, Griffith brings up the time when Guts bit his sword and everybody laughs except Guts.

With an army of demons in hell, but I guess Guts would also be there.

During the eclipse the final line Grittith thinks before Sacrifice is out of thousands of people he’s fought and fought along side, Guts is the only one who’s ever made him think of straying from his dream. Berserk will be dead to me if Casca picks Griffith.. Her "love" for Griffith was more idolization than romantic and we can see that by the time Guts leaves the band of the hawk. I believe she felt like she owed Griffith for the chance at life while confusing it for love since she was a young girl when "saved" by Griffith, even then Casca literally had to prove her worth to him as a young girl about to be graped! It'd be f*cked if they decide to throw away Guts/Casca's mutual respect and relationship that was built up step by step for each other, even when Guts is putting his dream ahead of Casca. That is before Guts gets a reality check that his dream wont manifest if the Band of the Hawk was wiped out (before the eclipse) even though Casca might not have been the exact reason he returned, you know she was at least apart of the reason. Plus whoever the hell wants this shit to happen has a twisted mind. Guts and Casca is one of if not the only light at the end of the dark tunnel even if it's not exactly a truly happy ever after at the end of the manga.
