Pea, I always enjoy your videos. This one especially hit the mark for me. I met my Filipina GF on Christian Filipina, and I am getting ready to come visit her for the whole month of October in Tagbina, Surigao del sur. She is 5'4" and I am 5'7," and I was really relieved that I did not have to be a lot taller than her when we started communicating. I always find it awesome how Filipina women have a much stronger base of realism than many of our western women do when it comes to appearance and dedication. They see us "in to out," while most western women go from the outside in.
You do know they don't have the option to pick from a slew of varied men.... just Filipino men. IF they did well you know the rest, I guess you got lucky.
@@Ytorisv Well, they actually do have enough to choose from it is just the way that they treat their women is the issue. Yes, I can agree that if many more treated their women well then I might not have been lucky. Same goes with how the western women treat us poorly here in the United States with their ridiculous requirements. If you, by some miracle reach their standards you're treated as a manslave & ATM. Since both our countries are allied since WW2 and have the same instilled core Christian values, it makes sense to seek better options since both our countries have the same issues but with opposite genders. Yea, I feel a bit more than lucky and well you know the rest.

My best friend growing up was no prize in the looks department. He had a head shaped like E.T the Terrestrial and he always looked kinda sweaty and oily (love ya Jacob 😂)..but he never had trouble getting the girls he wanted!!! He wasn’t afraid to take control, he knew how to tease and flirt, and he was chivalrous in an over-the-top whimsical kinda way.
Hi Pea, it always cracks me up when I hear that they want someone taller and then clarify that as 5'4 or 5'5 and above 🤣🤣. I also find it amusing when they talk about no sex before marriage but then state a preference for circumcised when they have no experience of either. When it comes to cleanliness that is all down to the individual and nothing to do with what is or isn't down there.
Dude, I haven’t met a woman here yet that wasn’t down to “come check out my new TV at my place” on the first day meeting if that’s what you’re looking for. Some ladies maintain a different appearance when they know they are in front of a camera to save face and not sound so bold. I can assure you none of these girls were… with respect, saving themselves for marriage let’s say.
The more popular Christianity is per capita, the more you will find some Christians that can't answer questions about basic doctrine. They don't read the Bible. Some can't tell you the name of their pastor/priest because they don't go to church. Celibacy is an option to them. So to answer your question, they are Christian/Catholic only by name/birth.

Sometimes I joke a bit with the girls that surround my wife and they ask me to "find/give them a foreigner". I jokingly ask: "preferably an old rich guy with a heart condition? or a Brad Pitt look-alike with a big oten?" that leads to much laughter...but eventually they will say: "No, just a good guy, that is enough and he doesnt need to be handsome". there is a belief among Filipina's that a handsome guy probably isnt a faithful guy

Love your videos Miss Pea I subscribed very early on in your RU-vid career. it's funny how they were saying tall guys, 5'5 and above, I'm 5'7 and in Australia probably considered short. I have a disability, not super obvious but you can tell by looking at me, I have a lot of artificial joints. I still do most things all be it a bit slower. In Australia finding a woman that can see past this and get to know me has been very difficult. It's just natural that you have to be attracted to someone first and then you want to get to know them. I am realistic about this. I will be traveling around Asia soon so it will be interesting to see if things are different. Although I'll actually be looking around Asia for a possible retirement place and not for romance, it may take a few years before I decide which is the best country for me to retire to.
Its really the same everywhere.... Women prefer men who are taller than them, and not too fat or too over muscled and prefer men with money since that's just another expression of protection and safety. Normal stuff.

And that is so sad. We are constantly told that for women it is not what you look like, but what you are, but the truth is completely different. For most, it doesn't matter if you love her and would do anything for her if you don't meet a bunch of standards for looks and whatnot.
Thanks for asking about a guy being too tall, I've often wondered about that. You asked two and we got one of each. I'm 6ft 2in and have met women that have an issue with guys being too tall. I did date a Filipina that was 4ft 9in. She didn't mind me being that tall.

I saw an experiment done on RU-vid that took a guy (short, looked like a soy boy nerd, dressed homely but not sloppily) and sent him out on the town to ask girls out. Needless to say...he got shot down. Repeatedly. Afterwards, the girls were asked to rate him and why they didn't accept his offer to date, and he scored quite low. The next part of the experiment was they took that exact same guy, put him in a Beemer, dressed him in a suit (nothing changed with his actual physical appearance and features--you could tell he was a dweeb)....but guess what happened? I think you already know.
The same experiment could be done on modern men. Show them a naturally beautiful homely nice girl but they don't want her because she's boring. Take the same girl back to the drawing board, give her BBL under the knife, a bunch of makeup and then put her 40% dressed in front of the same men and they'll all drool for her. The shallowness goes both ways

Love your interviews like this Pea! You have a special gift with people and it's a joy watching you! I met my filipina wife (as friends) here in the US 7-8 years ago after visiting the Philippines. There wasn't a love connection initially because of a 26 year age difference and while she was ok with that, I was not. Over a 5 year friendship, I changed my mind! The only dumb thing I did was not see it sooner. She's a gem and I haven't been happier in my entire life than I am since we've been together.
Isn't that true in every country. Even out west the guys that girls want are different then the guys they marry. Typically Chad does not have a lot of money.

As an Expat in the Philippines, I can agree with this statement. It will always be the golden rule when it comes to women. Alpha F'ks, Beta Bucks is world wide. Men shouldn't fool themselves when it comes to women. This is why men should always build himself into his best version. They will come if you have most of the boxes checked but they must definitely will come if you have the cash box checked.

Always … no exceptions … ever . Well all I can say is: I was the guy who nobody wanted, in my own country. So I accepted an offer to write to a Filipina (this was pre-Internet). When I was over there meeting her, I quickly noticed that when I walked down the street, all the female eyes were on me. Although I did not end up marrying that lady, the fact that they all seemed to want me over there encouraged me to try again. (This time successfully).

She can divorce you through the courts in your home country (as long as your home country has divorce of course). I'm sure this rarely happens if you choose to stay with her in the Philippines, but I think it's worth knowing about nonetheless.

It was so random, and she really didn't notice him. Edit: Pea is always really focused on the person she's talking to, which makes her a great street interviewer. She flows off of whatever the other person is saying. I know from first-hand experience how much focus that takes. They seem to be *really* stuck on appearance / fitting in across all metrics I've noticed. Like Pea said they're told over and over again it's "better". None of them see it as mutilation and yet they don't want a guy with piercings. That might be the point to focus on.
It is promoted in the highly Catholic Philippines, and also promoted in the highly Leftist Western countries. For some reason Leftists screech about female genital mutilation being done in foreign countries, while simultaneously mutilating their own sons' genitals. It's very twisted and sinister, and they don't even provide any reason for doing it -- it's not done for religious or hygienic reasons -- it's purely done as a "preference", as in "I prefer to mutilate my boy's genitals over not doing it". Huh? It should be 100% illegal to circumcise your child without a religious edict. The hygienic reason carried some weight thousands of years ago when access to both medical care and soap was uncommon. By removing the foreskins of all boys, you reduced the overall rates of infections around the head of the penis. This is done by turning the mucous membrane of the head of the penis into a dried out callous of dead skin, which can no longer get infected. It's the same as cutting off an eyelid and letting the eye dry out, it's a rather extreme practice. It's a case of throwing the baby out with the bathwater, of over-attacking the problem. It's little more than using a grenade to kill a mosquito.

It's a bit shocking to see ALL of these girls say 5'6 is TALL. Wow. So, if a man is 6'5......would he have problems attracting a mate? I know a few men who are quite tall and eyeballing The Philippines.
When I was in the Philippines for a year, as a 5 foot 9.5 inch male, I saw very few tall men there, foreigners included. But I do recall seeing a mixed couple where a white man well above 6 foot had a tiny Filipina girlfriend maybe 5'3" who was only up to mid-chest on him, but they seemed happy together! He would no doubt be treated as a movie star there, just because of how "foreign" his massive height would seem. Transportation can be difficult if you're very tall, as the taxis are small, and the Jeepneeys and trikes are even smaller. Even at 5'10" I sometimes struggled in low-head-room vehicles, doorways, or overhangs. Watch your head when walking!
@@RavenMobileMy Filipina girlfriend told me that at 6'2" and 300 lbs I will be both the tallest and biggest guy in her entire city. She is 5'0 and about 90 lbs.
I'm circumsized but i wish i wasn't, they say it makes the penis much less sensitive because it removes the protective skin that allows the penis to be extremely sensitive, so it's actually really tragic that they circumsize most babies in the US where i'm from, and i'm surprised that so many girls have a preference for it.
