@@chris-yw4fw I predict solid season this year, all star next. Like Paul George's recovery. If I were him I'd go like 90% this year, at most. Ramp it up. Modern science. Work all year on form and kinesiology, yoga, avocados, kung fu and 2k in the ice bath, whatever it takes.
He was never nasty he was the main option in Utah so he shot more than anyone, y’all keep trying to make average players superstars stop it. He’s just okay, can hit a shot midrange and a three he’s defense is trash and he cannot create his own shot and he’s slow. Gordon is a solid nba player and will have a long career if he stays healthy but kids aren’t lining up for his jersey or shoes nor do any want to play like him hence he’s no star.
N Marbletoe as a competitor there is no, “keep it at 90%” when your out there on the court your game is your game. Gordon’s game starts with going inside which opens his outside. Every game in Utah was basically the same start inside and work your way out one shot at a time. He was the man in Utah not sure if that will work with the Celtics. His has to evolve and confidence was his biggest issue last year. How many times did he have an open lane and then second guess himself and dribble back out instead of taking contact at the rim? He won’t be given as many chances this year if he keeps giving up those easy layups. Defensively he got baited to the rim constantly while his man took him weakside because he didn’t trust his teammates that were defending the post. Gordon has a lot of things going on with him besides just hitting a jump shot. I hope he pulls it off but the Celtics are not gonna design their entire offense around him like they did in Utah. It’s tatums team this year.
To be honest, with the kind of injury he had, it was always going to take him at least two years to get back to what he used to be. This should be a good year for him
Jack R to be honest, if I was married to his wife, I would never play fortnite. I bet he continues to play fortnite even when she says she’s horny and wants to fuck his brains out
He was like the 4th/5th option behind Kyrie, Tatum, Brown and Horford and even if he lost his speed it doesn't matter because you don't become an all-star player by athleticism alone so yes I definitely think he will be an all-star this year.
Gordon, all of New England believes in you. Celtics could POTENTIALLY be the #1 seed with Gordon playing at all star level, he’s the x factor this year for the team
lmfaoooo cry me a river. He's done. He had a whole 81 games to get back to his "all-star level'. Sorry bud Celtics are trash even my raps are better than them by a long shit right now WITHOUT Kawhi.
@@0fficialRatedR your stupid, straight up stupid, so apparently any injury means he is done? its called GELLING! he needed to get used to the injury and losing some speed keep crying and saying that shit you and i both know your wrong
Not just that but he elevated his game in the playoffs. Like he killed the Clippers and then put up good numbers against a nasty Warriors team. He deserved his money, his career was ascending from star to superstar but that freak injury set him back. Hopefully he at least gets to All Star level and averages like 19 and 6 on good efficiency

Peter Smith not really right now Kemba is better also rondo was better because of the big 3 so what you’re saying is a scenario Hayward instead of rondo and Tatum brown and Kemba instead of kg Ray Allen and Paul peirce
Hayward will have a great season. People are dumb judging him from last season after a horrific injury. He’s been in Boston all summer putting the work in.
If he doesn't recover fully, he will at least have the opportunity to become a valuable shooter that can cut and play serviceable defense and that would be good enough
He really doesn't have a choice but to become a star again otherwise he's just another Chandler Parsons who's better and that isn't much at this point. Just imagining Andre Robertson being able to shoot and that's what Gordon will be if he's just another role player
@@peterjo5215 no it isn't but was but are trying to tell me that his defense won't be good on a decent/good defensive team. Look what KD did defensively when he got to the warriors. He was much better defensively on the warriord conpared to OKC right. The only reason I put Andre Robertson there is because people know him better compared to Chandler Parsons cause of Rachel from 2k
@@dmorgs2384 I think if the leg limits Hayward, it will limit him on defense more than offense, because on defense you can't plan your moves so much. That said, the Celts play great defense no matter the roster! So he'll be ok for them. Also he's a good to great shooter, so that can fill out his offense if he's limited in how physical he can play. I think he'll be like 90% this year, but next year he could possibly be over 100%, i.e., better than ever. Paul George's leg seems confident now...
Everytime I see Gordon Hayward play I remembered Woody Harrelson in the movie "White Men Can't Jump". Those days of Hayward being an All Star are water under the bridge.
Nick Casperson breaks my heart honestly. Guy was constantly improving every single year and everything looked like it was on the up for him. Hope he can play at least to what he was when he ended with Utah
Of course he will. There are barely enough good players in the east to fill out the allstar roster. He will be selected to fill it out, but probably won't deserve it. Best days are behind him in Utah.
Definitely his year. Played last year and made it thru the season. He has confident in his leg now. He will ball out this year and kemba is the perfect fit after kyire
@ 13:01 Kyrie, "AGAIN" cries to Hayward 4 the ball .... I know Gordon Hayward is happy he gone, even thou he doesn't publicize it....I'm dead-ass glad Kyrie gone 👋🏾 ☘🍀☘
@@yofam555 Giannis led them to first so that's still a threat, 76ers are deadly and are pretty much guaranteed top 3 in the East depending on how injuries affect them, raptors lost Danny Green and Kawhi, and if Durant comes back and goes off Nets have a high seed. So if things go our way then yeah we get top 3.
Danny DangGang kd isn’t coming back this season, a quick comeback for him would be maybe 2nd round of the playoffs but idk if they will even make it that far, so i think we should be able to lock down 3rd atleast. I think a sleep would be the pacers though, they will have oladipo back and also added brogdon who could massively increase their scoring.
Boston Malaitai even if KD miraculously came back there is no way in hell he immediately recovers from an achilles tear. We saw with Cousins this year that his body started to detoriate after that injury. The achilles tear is a catastrophic injury, KD needs 1 full year to get back to his Superstar level
Also Boston doesn't know the "REAL" Gordon Hayward because that same year Isaiah Thomas was making the loudest noise in the NBA that year...... We weren't paying attention to Gordon Hayward in the west..... ☘🍀☘
Kyrie Irving is my favorite player since day 1, but I gotta admit that he ruined the Celtics offense, he was and is very ball dominant and that worked back in Cleveland because besides Lebron and Love they didn't have much talent, but in Boston it is very different. They have maybe the deepest rotation and that caused a problem on touches. Irving, Tatum, Horford, Hayward, Smart, Rozier, Theis, Baynes and it goes on and on. Irving and Horford left and they brought back Walker and Kanter which aren't as talented as Irving and Horford but they fit the system better, that goes mainly for Irving. So yeah I believe Hayward can grab a chance to score 14-25 points every night, I don't see him as an all star yet but I guess only time can tell
naw he was a bit slow allready and this made him too slow... time to move on... on the posetive side then i think he will become a great roleplayer once he get a 10million contract...
He wont have a legacy like bird or pierce of course. I think he'll bounce back this year. Its a new year, you dont have kyrie hogging the ball. He might win most imroved player this year
