I just ran across your channel and it reminded me of the good old days when friends and family's worked together for the common good ! Your equipment looks well maintained and you all sound like you have been around the tool shed a few times. Great content great channel keep up the good work .Be blessed in all you do!
Just found he channel. I like the way you explain what you're doing and I GREATLY appreciate the family friendly tone. Nice to see these days. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos!
just come across your channel ,thanks to DP, just to say on leaving school I went to work in a garage, as we call them over here in the Uk, for 10 yrs , working on a mixture of cars, trucks tractors and farm machinery ,lots of things mechanical , also taught how to strip clean and reset injectors and phase and calibrate injector pumps , how to weld, all the things needed in a country garage. So I guess you can understand why I really enjoy these types of videos. I`ll certainly put you on my to watch list along with DP, Logger and Diesel Creek, oh! by the the way it`s now 23001.
Good to see someone not going bonsai on tightening their hoses! I retired from a hydraulic shop in Rensselaer a couple of years ago, and replaced a lot of fittings and hoses over the last 20 years, from people thinking they have to use a 4ft cheater bar on them. Nice vid!
Great job. You were definitely raised right if you can help someone else you do it. Tell dad great job raising you. Not many people are that way today. You're a good man. Keep it up.
Congrats on the 23,000 subscribers. Brandon I like the way you explain why you do each thing in putting it back together. That was awesome when she fired up and started digging. Thanks again 👍🇺🇸
Always easy to watch your videos. Yours is one of my favorites. It's always interesting and educational. I enjoy the detail you provide. Thanks for sharing.
that was great how you got the john deere {hitachi} going once again. It was great that it was something not severe that failed. Right now probably it would be difficult to obtain a hydrochloric pump or a rebuild kit for one. Having the proper tools make such a difference in being able to repair heavy equipment. you work as a great team, taking care of things as they are needed, getting the repairs done quickly and correctly. thank you for the great video and all the help you give to those you know.
I wish I lived close to you we could help me out fix my vehicles because last 3 months I'm going going around in circles keep up good job I like your vehicle your videos
Excellent job on the details! Check out the Associated line of battery chargers. I have the 6-12-24 volt hand carry model 6010B and its sweet! Handles the old JD420c 6v, the Yanmar YFB-20 track dump 12v, and the Komatsu PC75uu-2 24v all in one nice unit! It weighs more than most of the roll around kind, more copper, bigger transformer, its a beast!
We still have the T300 and still use it we had a opportunity with a promotional program through Becks seed to get the T870 so we jumped on it we have it on a lease program with a buy out at the end
Good video, New subscriber as I like the wrenching videos. One tip would be if you could just speed up the boring / redundant parts of the job vs. the explanation and cut that part, it would be more entertaining IMO. maybe more editing work?
Hitachi and Deere entered into a joint venture in 1988. Deere wanted Hitachi's excavator components and Hitachi wanted Deere's Dealer network. In February 2022, the former joint venture factories will continue to manufacture Deere-branded construction excavators and forestry equipment; they will discontinue production of Hitachi-branded products and have begun a new license and supply agreements with Hitachi Construction Machinery.
One click ONLY with the torque wrench. It IS at torque the first time. The second click and you have overtorqued the fastener. (Run down and torque tools was my business.)
They originally said just buzz them tight with the impact but I wanted them tightened evenly so if they are a few ft lbs over It really won't hurt in this situation I understand what you saying and will consider it in the future thank you!
If you don't mind, how do you set the clearance between the pump shaft and the crank shaft? I know that there must be clearance so the crank never shoves on the pump shaft.
From what I understand with the pump side all the way on just so it's not touching the pump face like I had it there is still plenty of room so it's not pushing on the crank or on the pump by design
Did alittle bit of trading I fixed his excavator and he's going to cut 2 trees down that are dangerously close to the house he's a arborist by trade so no money exchanged worked out great
Nice job now that I said that but in your rant about John Deere excavator's you never mentioned how Deere and hatchi are no longer together that probably doesn't make you happy though with your fondness for asian equipment lol ...
I am confused. I used to haul parts to the Aurora Illinois plant where they built excavators, never saw anything that said Mitsubishi. That was almost 10 yrs ago. Did something change?
