My grandad collected them in the 60 and 70's and I still have several in my barn along with many extra pieces and parts, numerous engines and cabs and I have worked on them my entire life and have two that I totally restored and drive occasionally. If you not help or parts let me know. Im always glad to help someone get another one goin again. Idk where you are but I can toss some parts in my truck and come help you get it going, i actually made a unit that runs off of a 5 ho lawnmower engine and i use it to turn the engine over to start it, takes ten minutes to hook to the engine. Start the mower engine and engage the clutch and the engine spins

The excitement of starting an old motor that hasn't run in decades never gets old! I restored a 1954 Johnson 10 hp outboard that hadn't been started since 1968 (needed new coils, points, plugs, carb rebuild, and water pump) and it fired off after two pulls. I ran around like an idiot yelling "Johnson! Johnson!" to no one for a minute. Ran like a champion thereafter!

Mechanical and own numerous gas stations and did the mechanic work! He could go from Arkansas to Oregon leaving with 65 cents coming back with a truck. It was only a year old just on barter and work ! Kudos to old school mechanics. God rests their souls

You might not see this but that engine might not even have a water pump. A lot of old trucks and tractors had what is called a "Thermosiphon" System and the hot water would rise to the top of the radiator and get cooled instead of having a pump do that.
