Will it start? Toro Workman Kohler command 23hp Gas engine sitting for 5 years 

In this video I attempt to start a 2008 Toro workman 3300 I just purchased. according to the previous owner except for approximately 5 years. I attempt to do this before unloading it off a flatbed trailer.
