Bro, I know Mahomes was picked 10th overall by the Chiefs but aside from the Chiefs scouting team and Brett Veach, not even the Chiefs fans expected for him to get picked that high and nobody even know Mahomes that time. He was looked at as a long term project at qb by most scouts. Chiefs fans might have expected for Deshaun Watson to be picked up instead of Mahomes at 10th overall so expectations of Mahomes is not that high. He's the one who set the standard for himself not nobody else in the league and surely not even the Chiefs organization. I know they did not expect that after year 7, they'll win 3 SBs with him.
