Even if they just changed it from schedule 1 to schedule 2 controlled substance, that would be better. When over half the country has deemed marijuana with at least a medically accepted use, Schedule 1 is just plain fucking stupid. Our government is basically a dinosaur.
That's not as good a deal as you think. I grow my own. Big weed is big tobacco. The industrial is run by greedy pigs. Until home growing is banned, the feds won't act.
@@SF-yo4hw Even tho Alcohol doesn’t do the same as Ganja. Bob Marley himself knows his weed is for pain and mood not for the sake of fun. Id rather treat it like over the counters aka Benadryl and Tylenol. So many terpenes and important cannabinoids effects differently regardless of a person. for example: A bud high in Alpha/ beta Pinene and Terpinoline, 1:1 THC and THV ratio and mid level of CBG comes with energetic and focus effects. Landraces are the key and they’re not like alcohol but instead like a shroom or acid.
Just wanted to say thank you for all your videos. You’re one of the most informative people on RU-vid and definitely don’t get the recognition you deserve. I appreciate your honesty, genuineness, and your opinions in all of your videos as well. Keep up the good work!
It's not about logic it's about them getting whatever they want out of it. Maybe politicians don't have much stake in dispensaries at the moment. Once they invest then it'll be legalized federally.
Road rage would go down. Cowards would stop sideswiping & braking checking. Roads would become pleasant again & safe to take your family on the road like in the 80’s. Truck drivers would be cool as ever if they were allowed to smoke. They always stressed out & ANGRY
It is not so harmful if you use it in proper amount. Nepali used ganja topre jhar dhaturo etc as the medical herb. It was the initial treatment done in the house for some sort of diseases which is forgotten now due to the forced ban caused because of developed countries. Nepal was the ganja hub and most of the economy was made of business of such kind of medical herbs. It has religious importance too.
@@beyondzen8710 Gov’s fault not us the greedy politicians would prevent the Gov to get out of debt. It would also not decrease in other harmful use because some of them are even cheaper than an overtaxed bud.
Many of you are wondering will marijuana be federally legal in 3023, zero chance now 3024 may see some changes...were gonna smoke wether u like it or not Sam..ur not my uncle either. Anybody ever seen 1984?
There not legalize there changing dna instead to no buzz with medical relief...illegal discrimination against people an cannbis😮get seeds now. Sos sos. Urgent to get seeds now before the alter the business ang fk it up..act now tomorrow not a option😮😊 a heads-up 😊😊
Short answer: no Long answer: Noooooooo Edit: is there any specific reason why it wont be federally legalized this year, but has a higher chance to be legalized next year?
there are so many reasons why the government wouldn't legalize weed. One is that there is an increase in car accidents in states that legalized weed, which wouldn't be a problem if this country wasn't so car-oriented but here we are. another is that weed politics is deeper than people think. it's not just about making a plant legal. its also about taxes, regulation, and socio-economic justice.
Naw bruh. I know more sober people who crash all the time. I literally know a handful of sober people who e been in multi wrecks. Me and the pit head homie….. nada
So if you’re in Colorado smoking weed and a FBI agent walks past you, they can’t still arrest you and charge you federally??? Can you do a separate video on that concept? I’m not a weed smoker but that just doesn’t seem fair. Like what other laws are legal by the state but not federally, we’re all walking on the edge it seems lol
Its October 2023. And pot being illegal on the federal level still is preventing me from getting my cdl. I have a great job but i can move up if i get my cdl. So hopefully they legalize in 3 months from now!
Hey quick off topic question Doc.. 😆 still in med school.😉 I'm taking klodapin for seizures, my last pee test was hott for xanax.. don't those both 2 meds show up as the same, "benzoo's" on a urine test?
Thats crazy how its still illegal in some places im in Cali youre supposed to smoke like only on your property but the police dont even care. I used to get paranoid when the police will pull up while I smoked outside now I just do it in the open freely except around children.
It’s literally a job opportunity I want but because it’s federal I can’t have smoked in the past few years like wtf I hope if it is federally legalized it won’t matter
I recently got caught in Indiana with a ounce of weed and my bail to get out of jail was $50,000 and I'm looking at 5 to 10 years in prison because I brought it from Michigan they got me for trafficking.
@@gitpicker9933 Its obvious that if you saw a police car and sees whether you were speeding, hitting a bump, failure to yield, or being under the influence. Once you are pulled over, its game over.
Heavily regulated is not legalization (not the way most people view it anyway). Decriminalization maybe. But with all those regulations will come criminal charges for those that don’t tow the line closely.
This is why you should talk to your representatives about what full legalization means and not a 2.0 version of Decriminalization. If not, Greedy tax men Aka (🇮🇱 I.Y.K.Y.K.) will make a 2.0 version of Cannabis Tax Act of 1937. Another problem is that most Americans will move to another country that legalized Cannabis because of legal age requirement.
Even if it becomes federal standard pilots, cops, CDL holders, doctors, lawyers, nurses Will continue to be 0 tolerance. How you ask?.... Glad you asked, the analyst phase of micro use has been going on for years now and testing for this parameter will be conclusive and available for implementation. So yeah, these professionals will still not be able to use within 24 hours of service.
If they understand what the entourage effect is, then it might change who knows? A bud of expresso and a bud of a nyquil? It doesnt matter they want you clean.
@user-dk6fx1ke2y Actually cannabis has been federally legal for a while. Here's the reason why: The federal laws on the books talk about plant material having no more than zero point three percent thc to be legal under the farm bill. Cannabis doesn't have THC until it's heated & THCa is converted to THC.
If the states were intelligent they would create a State to State postal service bypassing the federal Postal Service then the money would come pouring in on cannabis🤷♂️
Heck yeah. If your state legal, then its legal hopefully regardless of what method you buy from. Id prefer homegrown and I don’t focus on THC content because its not about THC but other important cannabinoids and terpenes.
Ohio will more likely than not legalize it. The state wide approval rating is above the 50%+1 margin it needs to pass. Approval rating is more like 71-85% in favor. It's a done deal just have to make it official in november. I'm looking forward to being able to grow my own medicine. Save myself about $300 a month & make more than that since sale will be legal. A lot of the news stations are leaving the sales part out but yeah, sales will be legal WITHOUT being an established business. So it'll get sold no different than somebody coming near door selling magazines. Maybe not exactly like that, but the point is, The laws related to selling are going to be extremely loose. I wouldn't start slinging pounds, but a little bit of extra money to help offset some of the bills would be nice especially with inflation being what it is.
Fellow Ohioan here. It'll pass without issue, The approval rating within the state is simply too high for it to fail. What we need is a simple majority of fifty percent plus one & we have is a supermajority of around 71-80% in favor. No need to worry.
@@wtconroe879 Ohioan here as well but I’m just 18 and bout to be turning 19 it still isnt my favorite state nor country even if Ohio legalized cannabis. I’d plan to move to Canada any province except Quebec province or I plan to move to Germany and wait for a legalization.
