Now this to me is true love. Regina finally able to love someone who did not give up on her or leave her because she felt that she was an unfit person to raise him.
The fact that this didnt somehow break the curse is wierd cause is this not true love shared by parent and child like how emma saved henry and broke the curse
@@harrissyed1603 Well, Henry didn't seem to show that much love to Regina at the beginning of the series. When he found that book, I think he started seeing her as just the Evil Queen.
And this is the moment Regina truly learned to love. And its reflected back when Henry giving HER True Love's Kiss broke the spell in the finale when it didn't work on Cinderella. The one who truly loved him was his mother.
Just thinking about this, it is because of Regina that Emma ever got to see Henry again. Imagine if she had given gim up. Henry would have been with Pan...

I think that Regina felt that she failed because she could not sooth her son though Regina was willing to do anything for baby Henry. I am glad that Regina chose to change her mind. she went through so much to get baby Henry to get use to her voice and I wonder if baby Henry knew he knew if he had the heart of the truest believer because when Regina finally believed that she loved little Henry that is when he coo at her did anyone catch that yet?.
The sad thing is how much Henry hated her at the beginning of the series. She literally sacrificed everything she'd built (the curse and storybrooke), just so she could keep him, and how did he repay her, by repeatedly breaking her heart. Little douchebag.
You gotta remember, kids don't know how the world works. Many don't understand the choices their parents make until they're older. Henry soon learned and accepted what she did.
Regina may have been a lot of things, but i never doubted her love for henry even in season 1. I can understand why henry was a jerk though. I always rooted for regina because i wanted henry to have his mom.
Paola Arteaga: Well, Regina was evil and when Henry found out who she was after reading that book, it's understandable that he became distant from her, let's not forget that he saved the town in a way by bringing Emma there. Don't get me wrong, I felt sorry for Regina, when Henry was being a jerk to her, sure she was evil, but come on Henry, she's your adopted mom who took care of you. So I would have to say they both have their faults.
Matthew Dilday i agree. She was definitely evil then. I'm only saying i never doubted her love for henry. She wouldn't have ever hurt him. Everybody else especially snow could die.
When Regina sets Henry down after entering Mr. Gold's shop and when she picks him up at the adoption agency, you can clearly hear noises that are prerecorded clichés. I'm not complaining. I just think Easter eggs are fun to find.
Random idea Some studies have shown that babies can sense whatever stress their mothers happen to be in this arouses their sympathy causing them to share their mothers pain Regina was stressed throughout the entire fucking episode and everyone else who held baby Henry were perfectly calm so they didn’t smell like stress But the one time in the entire flashback in which Regina is sure of what the fuck she’s doing baby Henry picks that time to stop crying Or if your going by fairy tale logic baby Henry knows his mother is evil and is in fact rejecting her (symbols of innocence such as animals and babies can sense evil) but when Regina decides to keep him he calms down because she no longer has that evil queen smell just a loving mother smell I’m not sure they were going for either but both fit perfectly and I don’t know which one I like better
Regina have unknowingly save Henry from his evil great-grandfather Peter Pan when she decide to keep him and Rumpel has too unknowingly save his grandson by help Regina with adoption. Rumpel was right about fate, if Regina have not adoption Henry then Henry might have become a villein being raise by Peter Pan WORE FATHER EVER.
there's one thing about Darling siblings!Wendy is the big sister and thanks to Pan she's still young!but look at his little brothers now?I think their reunion will be more awkward than Charmings😁😁😁
She only was going to give Henry back because she learned who Henry mother was the one person who could stop her Emma but after holding Henry she realized she loved him to much to give him up
Regina wanted a child to care for and love and Henry wanted mother to be loved as a son it doesn't matter what Regina did as an evil queen in the past. all she wants is to be loved by others like Daniel the man she loved all her life when she was young and wanted to have happy ending Regina loves Henry than anything in the world Regina has found redemption by loving her son
I bet the black guy is the sorcerer. I have a feeling that the reason why life seems to shit on Regina so much is bc she is crucial to the sorcerer ' s plan. I bet that page of her kissing robin is her alternative life that was rewritten for a bigger plan. Without Regina, snow would never have met charming, emma would not have been born, the original author would not have been defeated, Henry would not have been born (and is now the new author who was raised by regina). She is the common thread of good defeating evil everytime.
The one thing I absolutely hated about the show was that at times Regina seemed like a side mom when Emma came back into his life! As if Regina didn’t raise since he was a baby! 🤷🏾♀️
Just to say, During the 10 years where Regina was with Henry, Emma never thought at Henry, And when he came to her house, She did everything to get rid of it until she learns to love her and really want to of him
