As an actual mom (46) I’ll just drop this here 😂. I’ve been playing mobile games since they were invented and they do actual need more chapters to appeal to my ladies. We’d prefer story over battle but so far I’m enjoying both. My last fav though was Ikemen Sengoku and it is all chapter for the most part.
We see the potential the game has, but the marketing team doesn't. 😭 I want to see Love and Deepspace continue to succeed at the top. They need to market the game. Thanks to you, Hexjuice, and other CCs for shouting out the game.
Ahaha! Thank you for the recognition. I think eventually LADS marketing team will see it's potential on a global scale. Especially if more content creators hype it up. This community is just very reserved about otome games because we're used to being bullied for liking stuff like this on a daily. So I understand the reservations some creators may have. Especially since LADS isn't exactly the kind of game you can stream live on twitch.
I saw this and wanted to leave my input. I'm not exactly young or old..somewhere in the middle. I absolutely love this game. The men are hot apparently,and the lore is interesting. I hope it thrives further and gets the recognition it deserves. Love and Deepspace does everything right as an otome. Hopefully women get more of the gacha pie. It's been long time coming
1. i agree with what you said about the booktok/fanfic/kpop girlies getting into the game bc of sylus! i've been seeing a bunch of creators on tiktok who never talk about mobile games suddenly posting about sylus or other guys that they discovered since downloading the game (i've even gotten one of my coworkers into it lol and we're both mid to late 20s girlies). i think it's just going to continue to grow 2. i would really love if infold decided to do some cool in-person marketing events for lads on the western side of the world bc rn i'm just staring in envy at all the cosplay and fan events going on in china 3. i do wish infold would officially change the rating on the app store to +17 bc it would be awesome to have the memories develop more as the game goes on (like MLQC or even tears of themis)

I find myself spending too much money trying to level up the memory cards. My main I like playing the game because of the stories and because I've never played a 3-D game before. Like everyone else, I wish it wasn't so hard to level up the memories and getting resources. Also, I didn't understand why none of the guys talked to the girl about her family being killed, like they didn't care or notice.
yeah that's my main complain as well. leveling up memories is pretty annoying and we don't get nearly enough stamina and resources. i wish they would improve that system bc that's my main issue with the game.
They made their market research. They know who their audiences are... and hey, I'm a soccer mom, I love my otome games and I love my smuts. I play video games too. And I'm in a healthy relationship with my husband, he knows my interests. Just saying, moms needs their "space" (Deepspace if you will, no pun intended) to let off some steam! Parenting at home is hard ok? And this is my stress release. 😅 And, speaking as a mom, I think they do need to redo their rating. This game is definitely not for 12+ audience.

The main market for this game is surely quiet girls who probably have never been in a relationship but fantasizes about it. Its about the kind of men, we quiet women would like to be with and the men are pretty much written for the female gaze. The classic men written by women characters type. A lot of the booktok and bookstagram community is already on the game (counting me lol) and the animation really appeals a lot to us!
@@Gacha_Goblin Also I think what's really working for this game is the 3D models of these gorgeous men. They look so real that it's not too difficult to imagine living with them for real 😂. I wouldn't be surprised if the storylines are written by women! Love the little details they added to Sylus's character, like the skin texture, veins, little faded scars here and there. All of it adds a lot to his character. I just hope (I really really hope) that the Devs won't take the dark romance route with his and MC's story. I just want them to stick with the current enemies to possible lovers situation. Treading into the dark romance sub-genre would be problematic if they start romanticizing a toxic relationship and I seriously don't want them to ruin the story. Keep it smutty and angsty but without the toxicity, please 🤞🏼

This is the first gacha game I *ever* gave my money to! Even if it's just the aurum pass! I'm not a booktok girlie but I survived the trenches of FF(Dot)Net and AO3 back in the day! (Booktok is just baby's first smut fic but that's a whole other conversation shhhhhh) But yeah 100% agree!

I downloaded this game on a whim after I kept seeing ads of naked Xavier! 😂 I think what is also working for the ladies with this game is the fact that it offers a safe comforting space, especially if we have had a bad day. Knowing that these men are waiting to hear us talk to them, interact with them, I think that is also what appeals to us. I mean, what can I say, I love fictional men more than the real ones out there. It's the fact that I get to hear what I want to hear from them. Sylus is really well-written. I like his character so far. The angsty 'I am your enemy' but 'i also got your back' kind of characters always steal the show! I love a good enemies to lovers trope and I am all here for the angst, attraction and the occasional soft moments 💜. I just hope he won't be a toxic cruel character and MC falling for him. Like, that would be really disappointing for me. Yes, he seems to be a red flag in the main story so far because of how he treats MC but then in the memories it seems he kinda likes her too? Idk I just hope he isn't toying with my feelings just so I can resonate with him 😭. So far he seems to be an anti-hero to me who became a fugitive to take down the bad guys. But I also have a feeling he is somehow connected to the Wanderer attack that happened in the Linkon City 14 years ago (also when MC got injured by a wanderer and her Evol has been unstable since then). I am so invested in his backstory 😭😭
I'm 40 and I've been playing video games since I was really young. So I think women who already play games a bit might like this, but I have my doubts that it could be as pervasive as 50 shades was just because it probably doesn't feel as easy and accessible as simply reading a book/watching a movie. The fights in LDS could be challenging if you aren't much of a gamer.

While I do hope that newbies who join the game respect the intention and art the devs made, I'm alright with creatives taking their own spin to the characters you know? It's what makes the community think outside the box and helps the devs spur up more ideas for content. There is a line of course but creative freedom should always be allowed :D
As a mom and someone who was targetted by Mystic Messenger. I've been lurking Love and Deep Space since its released but with the release of Sylus. He just made us feel something. 🤣 I was able to avoid installing upon his release But they did Misty Invasion and done deal. If i'm gonna start this game better start this now. 🤣
Exactly! I don't know why people find it hard to believe that moms' play video games too! Mobile games, consoles or pc games, we grow up playing those! Why is it so shocking?
@@carmenphoon Mainly because there's a very specific niche of moms who play video games much less mobile otome games. It's not hard to believe that its a possibility and that there is a population for it but a majority of moms probably aren't into that kind of thing.
I'm not discounting soccer moms completely. Like I said below, there is a very specific niche of women who are moms, play video games, play mobile video games and also play mobile otome games. They can certainly contribute massively to the community in terms of revenue but in terms of population percentage within this niche community, probably not as many as we'd like in total. Heck my own parents play video games on the daily but they're not playing otome games, and that's the real caveat .

Speaking for myself, I'm comfortable sharing with my husband about what games I play, but not my child if the game is not appropriate. Also, it is not surprising the among of moms who are in the otome games community. I once post videos on my other channel about otome games that I play, I have an entire community there who are moms in my Otome Games club. I'm not posting videos anymore though, RU-vid copyright strike me and I didn't want to lose all my hard work on that channel.

i played since Launch But stopped because of issues my main is rafayel At the moment and material Are so Like hard here because you have really think about your exps and crystals AHAHAHA i can only have so much stamina to go through but its ok and as a f2p because as much as i want to spend money in my condition i can so its a struggle but i do have alot of 5 stars and Collecting more sylus until i get the two main card Ehhe
Girl, the combat stuff gets harder and harder to pass as we level up, auto mode is not helping with that 🥲🥲🥲 and I agree that this game can mostly attract and catter to younger generation, perfect for us quiet introverted people who love fictional men (maybe a bit more than real men)
lmao yes combat does get harder but technically the "easy" way to get through it is to out level the combat required level. But that in itself is a challenge because the resource grind in this game is badddd
