Truly speaking, the whole democratic system in India is collapsing. The Muslim community is passing today through its one of the most critical phases in the history of modern India. The great responsibility lies on the shoulder of the scholars and experienced scholarly leaders to save this unorganised, directionless community.
Professors of our community related to every field should come forward and conduct/deliver such informative knowledge to build community awareness and understanding in a better manner…. Problem is funds from government and not from religious institutions for a minority institution, existence of AMU is not in question its minority status is the issue...

Under this act, properties owned by such "enemy nationals" are considered "enemy properties" and are vested in the Custodian of Enemy Property for India, which is responsible for managing them. The original act was passed in 1968 and has been amended multiple times, notably in 2017, to expand its scope. The 2017 amendment clarified that heirs, successors, or anyone claiming through an "enemy" will not have any rights over these properties, thereby preventing any transfer or sale of enemy properties. The purpose of the act is to ensure that properties owned by those who are considered enemies of the state are not claimed or passed on by inheritance within India, safeguarding national security and sovereignty.

राजा महमूदाबाद का स्वार्थपूर्ण रवैया: सामाजिक असमानता की एक मिसाल राजा महमूदाबाद का रवैया, जो अलीगढ़ मुस्लिम विश्वविद्यालय (AMU) के निर्माण के लिए राज्य के संसाधनों का उपयोग केवल मुस्लिम समुदाय के लिए करता है, एक स्वार्थपूर्ण और संकीर्ण दृष्टिकोण का उदाहरण है। उस समय भारत में दलित और ओबीसी वर्ग गंभीर भेदभाव और पिछड़ेपन का शिकार थे, जिन्हें शिक्षा और आर्थिक अवसरों की सख्त जरूरत थी। बावजूद इसके, राजा महमूदाबाद ने अपने राज्य के संसाधनों का उपयोग व्यापक समाज की भलाई के लिए करने की बजाय इसे मुस्लिम समुदाय के लिए सीमित कर दिया। यह निर्णय सामाजिक असमानता को और गहरा करने वाला था। जब ईसाई मिशनरियों ने सभी वर्गों के गरीबों के लिए शिक्षा में निवेश किया, राजा महमूदाबाद जैसे नेता केवल अपने ही समुदाय की उन्नति तक सीमित रहे। यह रवैया दिखाता है कि उनके निर्णय न केवल सामाजिक समावेशिता से दूर थे, बल्कि समाज के अन्य वंचित वर्गों की आवश्यकताओं की अनदेखी करते थे। उनके इस स्वार्थपूर्ण दृष्टिकोण ने भारत में सामाजिक विकास के मार्ग में बाधा खड़ी की, और असमानता को बढ़ावा दिया।

All minority religions in india have CASTES & practice CASTEISM ; a cursory glance at the matrimonial columns indicates the real character of both the majority & minority religions and sects. Therefore if AMU is enjoying government grants in any form then it must implement caste based reservations at least for those who belong to that minority……The pasmanda muslims (obc+sc+st) are near 85% of total muslim population but they get only 20% share in socio-economic-administrative-political resources whereas the oppressing castes (ashrafi) who are merely 15% control a whopping 80%. Mandalisation of all minority institutions is very very essential to eliminate these structural disparities……
1857کوآپ پہلی جنگ آزادی کہرہے ہیں جبکہ ہم نے اپنے اکابر علماء سے سنا ہے کہ پہلی جنگ آزادی 1803میں بلکہ اس سے بھی پہلے لڑی گئی پھر 1830یا 1833میں انگریزوں سے جنگ لڑی گئی جس میں صرف اور صرف مسلمان اس میں بھی اکثریت علماء کی تھی اس جنگ کئی ہزار علماء شہید ہوئے تھے

Now Faizan Mustafa is playing with central Government only for self oriented intrest and nothing else, he want to always holding of chancellor, I was closed to him in my Aligadh educational life as such knowing him closely. Recently senior advocate of supreme court of India Mr Kapil sibal rightly pointed out in a TV show said to Faizan you are from both sides, Atleast Aligarhrian knowing very well
AMU must retain its minority character ! This university was conceived & later served Muslims in India for over a century ! Our constitution allows minority institutions & there are many institutions run by minorities like Christians or Shikhs.
