Papelinho playing on Uthermals weaknesses brilliantly. He's a superb SC2 player, but still noob in BAR Mechanics. He wins most of his games with pure micro and spamming T1 so Papalino opened a theatre of war uthermal has no experience in --> navy. Placing valuable eco underwater and in the back going for the long game while holding off the onslaught on land as best as possible. Awesome match.
it's interesting watching his micro, in a lot of his games his micro is *really* bad, but him giving any APM to his units helps tremendously vs. his opponents who barely touch theirs. Most folks who play BAR just have really low APM.
Icons are set better. Thanks. Could I make another wish ? Change setting of "area out of battlefield". There is an option to set neutral or even black texture for anything outside playable map. It is easyer to see where is the map edge, wha is the playground. Simple things are best. :-) BTW : Nice team play by Red team.
Biggest issue uthermal (and whoever that green player is) is that he doesn't wanna learn the economy. In SC2 it's just build workers up to a point and forget about them. uthermal hasn't even played vs. the bots or raptors or something to learn how to grow an economy. I don't feel like this stuff is that hard either, just he won't bother to learn it.
You say pawns can efficiency close down on grunts, but does the chase at 7:02 look efficient to you? The grunts running backwards are doing it at 98% of pawns running forward. They lose so much trying to close range to grunt's lasers. I think grunts are still way stronger, especially because they have pint point weapons compared to paws spreadshots.
Good cast. Units are better then icons 😊. Cram team lost because of bad wreck field management, too late T2 and no expanding and eco scaling. Also they haven't discover the real power off tidals for this map.
Tough game to lose that one! Will sting for a bit. Maybe a word on what went wrong for blue team? Poor choice in the welders? Bulldogs maybe better. Also not capping the geothermals
There problem was not scaling. Once they got to t2 they basicly stopped building ECO. Now this can be a good thing if you think you can just win out straight away with what you have. However they couldnt, and were just outscaled in the long run
The slow grind 2v1 into Red was overinvesting too long without closing out the game. Comparable to when player on the back foot successfully techs up to T2 and the ahead player is staying on T1. Would be cool to see some front line res bots to maybe not be donating all the wrecks and help army reach critical mass to end the game
Also not switching into something to actually hit red's eco. 5 whirlwind bombers would have taken out all those tidal generators and crippled red. Would have been much more effective than the 4th or 5th medium tank push that was just starting to feed metal.
it might be a British thing for why I dont understand, but when its commented as “fortunately” or “unfortunately” without saying for who it gets hard for me to follow
@@Requiem_tv NP Requiem. It isn't a British thing, it is a matter of establishing context which is a difficult thing to do as a non-biased commentator. It is unnatural to specify 'fortunate for whom' so that isn't the solution. When talking about subject X, talk about it from their viewpoint. When talking about Y talk about things from theirs.
@knurlgnar24 yea im aware. I mean that im trying to get out of saying it to begin with and just be more objective. I notice i tend to side with the underdog when casting, which can be fun for people sometimes but only on rare occasions. Its all little things i need to keep in mind while recording. but i have only been doing youtube for a little while now, so step by step ill get there :)
