For pve dps: Wind Edge Squall Flowing Strike Crosswinds Stormfury Head - Look Leeward Shoulders - United Defiance Chest - Slippery Shell Pants - Windswept Promise Main Hand - Shriekworth Main Hand - A Thousand Dooms (can use Fiendfell instead to have base squall for more mobility. A great swap for dungeons especially) Off Hand - Hurricane Hitch Off Hand - Maarozhi Spine Sets: 4 vithu definitely 4 gloom or 4 shepherds works well. Shepherds is probably better if you happen to be using echoing shade 5* gem but don’t go out of your way to use it.

In south east asia serv all is crashing, elder rift, rdg, terror rift, events like survivor's bane, bg, it's been 3 days already I'm wondering when they fix it, literally the game is unplayable now

Hey bud, a Pain Clasp would really help out with Bleed damage, but you'd have to sacrifice one of your 5*s for a 2* and I don't think you want to do that. 🥂

Disgusting, we as a community have no voice at all, some RU-vidrs took the responsibility to represent us and be the middle man between Diablo Team and us the players, but all you care is minor stuff.... No one talkiuabout the sh## show that gonna happen on the 26th. Honestly i no longer gonna support any RU-vidr after the harassment i recieved from Echo gaming discord. Enjoy making content forBlizzard and enjoy your Phantom Makret skins for free...
