Here I was trained for years that a company couldn’t hire based on race, ethnicity, gender. Now I can’t put Caucasian on resumes or I won’t even get looked at. This country is a joke.

When you are of color it's better to just make your own jobs but now Biden is coming for people with side hustles but cannot come for Trump, Elon Musk or any of the rich people fleeing and pretending to have lower money and assets than they do so they don't have to pay taxes. Yet the IRS would be on my ass for 5 cents and these rich mo's can embezzle millions if billions and nobody says nothing about it. Why does it seem like Trump has had bankruptcy like 50 times and they still give him money. Meanwhile I got a credit card company getting mad at me for wanting to borrow 5 dollars that I'll have to pay 10 dollars in interest for them to get off my back about calling me like they are the police. It feels like black people need a credit score of 8,000 to do anything in this country and still credit companies still discriminate meanwhile a white man who has had bankruptcy 50 times with a credit score of -50 can borrow 50 million. Something isn't right here.

I’ll be surprised when employers stop telling people who are more than qualified for a specific job position that they’re “over qualified” for the job. There’s been MULTIPLE times when I have applied for a job, submitted my resume, got told to my face that I was “over qualified”, then got rejected.
My mom went back to college in her 40s and when she got her degree in medical billing no one would hire her due to her "being over qualified". She never got a single job with that degree. She ended up back in daycare

She's almost done working, and needed to get thought a few years so she was looking for part time work, but didn't want the heavy hours of what she used to do. She got turned down by Walgreens for the cashier position for "not being what their looking for"

I don't look at people for the color of their skin. I look at their morals, values and character. I also value them on their experience and skill level. Attitude is also a factor.
Agreed but when hiring for a particular position, the skill set is crucial. This must take a front seat when it comes to qualifications you need the right people in the right job. Otherwise your company will be rehiring more often and losing revenue if the person hired is not able to do the job correctly
At my job, we hire whoever shows up. Most are gone within a week. Others think showing up is the max effort needed. Hire the people who know the job or want to learn how to do it, and will do the work necessary. Don't care how they look or what they are,of the put in the effort, you're good to go.
