You can aquire this armor now after the 60 days timer in Harmmaton without doing anything on DE

Why not use Astral Bow? It gives you a 10% bonus to every elemental damage and you can use the "Hunter's Eye" passive, allowing you to shoot Jinx and use all your spells from a larger distance.

Idk but i think light mander helm and armor and jade lich boots or white arcane mage set work better (legacy) Please correct me i want the strongest build ever

Hey Raid, I checked out the armour and yes it possible to become even more op. Rust lich can be op in a single play through and you could go white arcane set for a second play through on your hex mage. You have a sharp eye my guy thanks for letting us know 🤟🏽😉

Early game, this build would benefit from the addition of any bow and "Hunter's Eye" (a tier one Hunter skill, 50 sp) since that will allow you to apply Jinx from a much greater distance, allowing you to set up tougher enemies while they're still unaware (Jinx does not alert enemies). Once you've got a couple on them, equip your primary weapon, get closer, and trigger Torment.

Hey there I'm just curious what debuffs look like what with Jinx. I think Chill and scorched are obvious looking like blue and little fire sparks. The purple twising one is probably the haunted ether stuff. But whats the leaf or bug looking hex? Is Confusion that purple lightning looking effect?

Leaf one is curse which is decay damage . I think the lightning one is confusion. If you on pc there is a mod that shows you what hexes are active. If your not just google “ outward hexes wiki “ it shows them listed out…. Are you amped for outward 2?😁

Me and my brother are got the definitive edition On ps5 and fell in love with the game. So no mods sadly. I would think Thunder would be Doomed right? Or does that turn Into confusion. SO hyped for Outward 2. Looks like there's dual wielding, 16 quickslots instead of 8, a quick step mechanic, and a pack pig for carrying. Looks amazing!

@@Nimoot oh yeah i remember i just lost the comment coz im so all over the place, ok for boots with lightning damage you really only have 2 choices, Krypteia Boots with 7% lightning dmg and the better Scarlet Boots for 15% lightning damage which is obviously the sweetest choice. outward.fandom.com/wiki/Krypteia_Boots outward.fandom.com/wiki/Scarlet_Boots

Instead of Thermal Claymore, go with the Frostburn Staff instead. It gives a 5% greater buff to fire and frost damage (20% instead of 15%), and it also gives the same mana cost reduction as Scholar's Staff, to boot. If you want even more mana cost reduction and don't care about the Fire damage buff, go for the Rotwood Staff (requires sacrificing Compasswood Staff to obtain, either via crafting or via the corrupted Necropolis tree), which has the same 20% frost but loses the fire bonus, but has a whopping 25% mana cost reduction. It also is available as soon as you can get to the Walled Garden area and can defeat the golems inside, instead of having to wait for endgame with the hidden arenas.

I appreciate that my guy, hey I need your opinion on something, do you think I should lower the game settings more and increase the render slider for less pixaly footage ? What hurts your eyes more ? Should I focus more FPS over fidelity?

@@RPGAuthority for me, 30 or 45 frames are enough on youtube. I don't know what FPS you were recording so far, if higher than I mentioned, could try higher fidelity. Don't stress your PC though, are not cheap nowadays.

Better used with the fire cold halberd from Cabal of wind temple it has pure elemental dmg so downs + moon swipe is broken :D

Like it or not, Hex Mage must use Rainbow Hex to max their damage, that thing is insane, but Jinx safer since its range is really long, you can apply 2 jinxes->torment->rupture repeat

Sure you have a point but that means I gotta up close and personal with a weapon since it has to build up and this is a range only version. But a melee hex mage with rainbow would be pretty insane, once you build it up you could just pop torment > rupture and boom, hey by the way do you know of a good melee hex mage build that uses rainbow hex? I would like to make a build on it sometime

@@RPGAuthority Without utilizing torment > rupture? no Idea, currently playing Hex+Hermit+Ritual(still in progress), which is probably the strongest combo I can think of, using both Drum nearby + jinx and popping up torment+rupture, since it's a permanent hex, and when I can't go near enemies to apply Rainbow

Nice build..but in my opinion it still takes to long to kill mobs compared to the dps Bow, and 2-H builds..I think the Bow builds are the best in the game..you can kill everything with just 2-3 attacks..also there are way better staves to use like the Caleygrey staff
