I can appreciate the argument for wilt as a goat. I don’t agree though. Take this into account, Jordan is the only player to have an MVP finals, MVP, scoring champion, NBA Champion and all defense selection for four times. He matched Wilt scoring proclivities in 1986, breaking 3000 points in one season from a shooting guard position which prior was unheard of. And he outperformed Wilt in the playoffs in every aspect outside of rebounds and blocks.

If Jordan isn't the greatest basketball player ever, then I would love to hear the argument for someone who is considered better. Only Bill Russell and Kareem have comparable arguments, IMO. And Russell wasn't the best scorer, while Kareem wasn't the best player for most of his title runs.
