Thanks for the video. However I disagree with you. The ride was breaking down constantly the first two weeks. Of my 10 rides 8 of them the ride broke down and required maintenance to be dispatched.
YES! I don't understand the praise for TT2s reliability. It has not proven to be reliable at all. I'm not saying it won't end up being a reliable ride, but the evidence so far is that it is not reliable. It would go down a lot, albeit for short periods of time generally. But that time adds up.
fenominal my ass. during opening weekend, we experienced downtime, every time we got in line. As season fast lane holders this was super disappointing, however, still grateful we got a few rides in. Fingers crossed it opens before coastermania, which sold out quick today!!!!
TT2 and Kingda ka will never be "super" reliable. The height, speed, complicated launch (especially Kingda ka) and the safety systems that come along with all that make it just impossible. Of course the ride will get more reliable if they fix all those "beginning" problems, but I don't think that we will be able to say in the future: "Ok, this ride is very reliable and nearly everytime open when visiting the park".
