David my sister in law in Texas who can't stand Trump, said to me yesterday "They're going to let him off of everything aren't they". I didn't know how to answer her, my heart says don't give up hope, but the cards keep getting stacked against us for any accountability for him. Logic would say that a crime committed as “private citizen tRump” would not qualify for immunity. 🤞Glenn Kirschner agrees with Marchan delaying sentencing. He needs to make sure no statement violates the Supreme Court ruling. But the end result, the affair happened before becoming president, the payments, issued from the office while in the White House, would not constitute official presidential duties therefore not protected by the immunity. However, the use of logic and tRump in the same sentence seems nonsensical.
