Amen saved me from posting ... trigger finger was hard to watch but the slide was locked back he released it then pulled it back to load a round lol ... wtf come on thats common sense but yes very good video from a expiremental stand point
John Gotti - I carry two mags which gives me 17 shots. My guns DO NOT jam. I use my belt because I get many compliments on it, but if a I in a million chance ever arose I have 18 more rounds. That’s far better than a 380 in your pocket that holds 7 rounds. Duane
Joey Martarella - I love the bling of my ammo belts. I only have three magazines for this weapon that I carry daily, so the extra 18 rounds may be needed some day. This is my third High Point and I have had this particular Hi Point for the last 22 years of which most of those days it is my carry weapon and has been my only carry weapon since I have gotten my CCW.
I've got a Hi-Point carbine & 2 pistols. My whole family loves shooting the carbine, the pistols not so much. They all function fine though & are reasonably accurate, the carbine is quite accurate in fact. If they made the carbine capable of accepting Glock mags, they'd sell 10x the number they already do. The NQA lifetime warranty is a nice bonus too. For EDC Hi-Point pistols would be better than nothing, but very far down on my list, not because of reliability, but because of bulk/weight, balance & capacity. I'll stick with my Glocks for EDC.
bbowden1- Name them, we will have a debate. Most people that are only talk can’t even shoot. My 12-year-old son you saw at the end of the video can probably out shoot you.
RobertoMatos - because I hit my targets holding the gun like that. I have several guns and I hold each gun a little different depending on the grip and how it fits in my hand. I shoot a lot and I have had that gun for about 23 years,It is a very fun gun to shoot. At the very end of the video watch my seven-year-old son hit two balloons one right after the other from 50 feet away.
How many times have you taken the skin off your left thumb holding an auto like a revolver? I've seen it time and time again, please don't be teaching that way of holding a semiauto handgun. Look into the Combat Grip, it is the only way to hold a semiauto handgun.
Jose Aguayo - Hi points are actually very fun to shoot. My Hi point was actually my carry gun today. None of my guns fail. Hi points are way better than people make them out to be.

This video has to be joke. From carrying your auto loader ammo on a belt , to the high point, to holding the gun with your thumb wrapped around the back of the slide like you are shooting a magnum revolver . He can’t be that dumb.
The main reason for the belt is mainly looks, I get a lot of compliments on it. The second reason for the belt is I have 18 additional rounds besides my initial nine in my gun and two spare mags although I will never need that many rounds because catch me if you notice I am a wonderful shot, It doesn’t matter how I hold my gun. I hold my guns the way I hit my target. As far as the high points, I am a gunsmith along with my store I own and I can make every High Point a gun that virus can you pull the trigger, 100% dependable, one of my every day carry guns. Just because you can’t shoot like that don’t mean everyone is that bad, my seven year old son at the end of the video, there are four balloons he shoots one balloon with one shot post bank reaches out and shoot another balloon with one shot, could you do that when you were seven, no because I wasn’t there to teach you that the most accurate way to place a shot is you holding the gun the most comfortable way you can hold it for you. If you shot 100 of the rounds that I’ve shot you would know that, besides you are never going to be in the perfect position you think you’re going to be in when a bad guy is a threat to you like you train. You are going to jump back to a fight or flight mode like everyone else in the world and you are going to shoot the assailant holding the gun in a position where you can shoot most accurately. I shoot competition target and I do know what I’m talking about, PS show me a video of your seven-year-old child taking a shot from that distance.
