Jack Layton NDP was about working Canadians, where he pushed for more job security, more pay and benefits, working conditions etc. he was for a good public funded health system, a safety net ( net, to catch you if you fell by loss of job, serious injuries or diseases to keep u from working , not a safety silk blanket like today, where welfare recipients get more net income and benefits than wage earners) but since you’ve taken Trudeaus crumbs for your power hungry desires…..I will vote conservative for first time in my 53 years. I was an NDP supporter, right up until jagmeet was given the leadership. I tried to give him a chance and quickly realized he would not and is not an effective leader. He is why im now an independent voter. Ive never voted conservative before, but this next election they have my vote. Im waiting patiently for a new Layton type leader, that means honesty and integrity and the will to do right by all Canadians. Hopefully Pierre doesnt let us down and becomes the leader canada desperately needs. Only time will tell.
