Willemstad is actually all of Curaçao, I originate from Curaçao and there are 2 sides of the country, Otrabanda and Punda. Both sides are beautiful for me, but you can choose (P.S. Don't go to Sera Fortuna, it's the most dangerous place in Curaçao. A kid got shot in a drive-by there and i needed to stay in that area.)
