So true. So true. The WORST advice to depressed people is to reach out for help especially if they are so down they are considering ending their pain with the ultimate act. This song is real. So the best advice is to realize you have to find your strength from within and from faith in a higher power and from strangers because for them it's ironically the heavy burden it is for people who care the most. They just can't handle it, so they distance from you right when you need them the most.
Been there. And I'm there again. PTSD from grief over one loss after another for over 10 years culminating in invasive breast cancer 900 miles from home. Lost three friends the past three months. Maybe a fourth. No blame. All four are dealing with trauma themselves. Can't handle more.
